I always defended this store because it’s the one I shop at. But no more. It seems like about 90% of the employees & 100% of the managers just don’t care about the customers. I worked a lot in retail (Lowe’s & Home Depot) & if these people worked at either one of the two stores, they’d be gone. This store sucks! Rude employees, uncaring store manager. The customers pay your salary. I think I’ll find a different location, and soon!

Parking lot is a nightmare. Too small for too many vehicles. Often hard to find carts inside during peak times. Most of the staff is courteous enough and the shelves are well stocked.

Is there a plan to fix the freezers in the dessert section of your store? For a week they have been either frozen solid or items are soaking wet and clearly not safe to sell. I am horrified by the state of this store, honestly it should be reported to the health department. It’s literally been a WEEK. Have been going to other Krogers in the meantime and today I came back and it was STILL LIKE THIS. It’s actually unimaginable to me.

There is a older white guy that works in the check out lane he's very rude!!! I will be calling cooperate on him for disrespecting the elderly couple that was in front of me. That was so unprofessional and unnecessary. All because he doesn't know how to do his job.

Y’all have the most disrespectful employees the girl that work at the gas station her attitude was so nasty it’s crazy and when I asked her corny goofy self to get a supervisor she refused. This is why I only shop at the Krogers in Mason way better customer service. Do better

The hours on their website say the deli opens up at 8am and the young woman said they don’t open till 11 and was rude about it and would rather talk to another employee rather than belong the customer. If this is the case, then you need to change your hours. I will not be returning to this location anymore and will spend my money else where.
