I go to this Kroger location a lot, based on convenience. It is on my way to and from a lot of places. The store is "normal" sized and has just about everything I usually need. Sometimes they don't carry specific products or varieties of products, but I understand it is based on supply and demand. I try to avoid this location on weekends and evenings because it is usually PACKED. Parking is often a challenge since the lot is very small. The store is usually a bit of a mess. I have had great experiences with the staff though-- so many kind and helpful people.

I needed a prescription and it was ready.hubby and I did some shopping. The staff was helpful. The cashier friendly. And the bagger was up beat. He did a good job. Thanks.

Chronically understaffed. They do not run registers. You will not get out in a timely fashion.

Rude cashiers. Baggers put meat and veggies and fruit in same bag. Mangers are obsolete. And custome service rep with the bad feet and glasses always has an attitude. I brought $13.48 corned beef it rung up 19.43.

The check outlines are still long. People bring too many groceries to the self checkout. I believe there should be a limit.

Even after the inflation Kroger prices have not been severely affected. I enjoy shopping at Kroger because I can find what I need everyday

Store is dirty outside and inside. The lighting is horrible. There's not enough parking for disabled or any others. It would have been preferable if it stayed at the othe location further up Winton Road. Now that location is sitting there empty. It even had room for the filling station.

If you like getting a full cart of groceries that you will have to self checkout, then this is the place for you! If you enjoy working for free, get on over here! When I told the employee "I wish you guys would just open one lane", he just shrugged at me and said not one word. Lol and customer service wasn't even open, hope he passed along my suggestion to them at least.

Why is the Kroger in Finney Town only has one cashier working register. And ten people wanting line, to get cash out. Manager seating up stairs looking down at the worker's. When they can be down on the floor helping getting the people out. Then they want to bag your own grocery that's not cool at all. To pay the high prices food . You making all this money of the people but can't hire Enough cashiers to work the Cash register. You are wrong for being greedy.

Shout-out to Breon & Tre at the registers. They had nice, warm smiles and were very friendly. Tre bagged all of the cold items together separately, which I appreciate and don't see happen too often.
