Way too many self checkouts. Never enough humans checking people out and self checkouts stall at every other item scanned. Overcharged on multiple grocery items per visit--have to watch prices listed on shelf to see how it related to the price that rings up. Super frustrating experience!

Great selection of cookies and pastries, but the prices keep creeping up higher and higher!

Love how close Kroger is to everything and I can just pop in for a quick treat for the family.

I frequent this location, I usually visit 1-3x/week. There has not been one visit where the carts/baskets are stocked. 95% of the time I have to go around to one of the self checkout areas to find a basket. Today when I arrived, they did not have one single basket or cart for customers to use in the entrance area. When going to get a basket today, I informed an employee in the self checkout area that there are no carts or baskets in the entrance. She told me that they sent someone and hopefully there will be soon. After shopping and going to leave, about 20 minutes later, there still was not a single basket or cart in the corral. It's an inconvenience that I don't look forward to, every single visit, and after years of going to this location, it seems like they will not make it a priority to be addressed.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used! They are always slow to refill prescriptions requiring a wait of several days. They promised a refill at 4pm on a Wednesday and I went to pickup on a Friday and they said they were counting the pills and needed 15 minutes. I waited for a half hour and they said they were out and couldn't refill until the following Monday. This has happened several times.

I have been going to this Krogers for over 10 years. Never had any problems and everyone is very nice. Unfortunately, not today. At self check out, a woman named Bonnie was working and she was extremely rude to my father. When he asked her for assistance she was short, rude, not friendly, and untimely to help him. While I can tell Bonnie may have experience working here as she had the keys for certain things and seemed to know what she was doing completely, she just seemed like she did not care and was acting like we were a complete nuisance to her when all we were asking for is for her to do her job. My father cited similar experiences with Bonnie before. The only time I personally saw her smile the entire time is when we were leaving. As a customer service worker myself, I know the expectations are higher than that. My father is an older man and did not deserve such rude treatment. I sincerely hope this women is reprimanded for her negative impact and complete disregard for customer service.

The stock and availability of items in this Kroger has improved immensely over the past couple months. I no longer drive out of my way to go to Harper's Point to get what I need. Management has been making changes and it really shows. Glad to have this as my local Kroger.

At 4:00 PM today I was shopping in the Kroger store on Montgomery. I am an old man and I just shop to feed myself. After working over 50 hours this week, I thought I'd treat myself well with a surf and turf dinner. I picked up a fillet de migon and wanted a lobster tail to go with it. At the seafood counter, a young woman was working alone. I was the only customer at the counter. She was in the back, wrapping something in saran wrap. I told her I wanted one lobster tail. She directed me to a stand alone cooler in the aisle, saying she had wrapped two packs. I didn't want two lobster tails, I wanted one, Apparently she was too goddamn lazy or just didn't like the looks of me. She wouldn't wait on my. So I didn't get my lobster tail and left the store pissed off.
