Good Friday, it's noon. l'm at the Kroger in Woodlawn on Springfield Pike. i notice the inventory is down in all departments. With a full shopping cart I approach checkout and to my horror, I see ONE register open with EIGHT full carts in line. a mob of shoppers with smaller purchases are jamming up the self checkout area. I get in line for the one register open. people with full carts line up behind e with over 12 carts in the cue. The register is right in front of the office where two managers seem indifferent to this nightmare. people in line behind me walk up to the office to complain. "We are working on it!" was the response. 40 minutes waiting in line and no additional help! this was my last visit to Kroger. and they want to buy Albertsons? Meijer here I come!Rb

Beware of the Deli!!! Young man kept pulling up his pants with gloves on. When I asked him if he would change his gloves prior to cutting my meat first he ignored me then with a smirk on his face proceeded to change his gloves then IMMEDIATELY pulled up his pants again!!!!I was outdone and told him that was alright and left. This I an unsanitary practice during normal times

Great staff and they as well as every single Kroger grocery associate and members of the management team should be thanked for all of their hard work and sacrifices considering the circumstances.

(3.5) ~ good overall conventional grocery store, but smaller, and thus less products than other Krogers I've been to in OH & KY. Note: Open to 1:00 AM;)

A bit older Kroger, one without the additional services such as Starbucks, Clicklist and such. Organized like no other Kroger I've been too, but after about four stops in, I think I'm getting used to it. Parking is a little tricky as the Kroger gas station seems to be cutting into the available parking spots. You'll find a spot, but it's always congested with some weird traffic management. Inside the store is clean, usually well staffed. Produce section is kept stocked. I also like the selection of prepared items such as guac, chicken and White bean chicken chilli that I can not get at other locations.

The KROGER company should be embarrassed by this store. Produce goes bad quickly. Parking lot is a littered mess. Some check out people really do not want to work there. It needs two managers.

Not a fan of this Kroger at all. They are regularly out of common items, or have a very limited selection. This is the closest Kroger to me but I will drive a bit farther for a better Kroger experience.

Came desperate for gas and had no gas to get to another station. Machine didn't want to take my chip card so I quickly ran to the guy in the kiosk. Turns out they were closing. Now I understand that when you're closing down you're ready to go, and had I had any gas in my car I might not have been so upset. I tried to explain to the man that I literally had no gas in my car and the machine wouldn't take my card. He had just sold another woman some stuff so it was clear everything was still on. He was rude and refused to help. Kroger needs to work on their customer service. Shitty experience.

Everytime I come here, they have ham, no burger, Kool aid, no sugar, cereal no milk.... Drive a few extra miles to go to the Kroger in Forest Park. They are always out of items, weekends namely.

This was a grocery warehouse I delivered to on Monday morning in Woodlawn, Oh. They ordered the Ocean Spray water products I delivered. When I docked my trailer at their location they informed me I needed to hire an unloading service to unload their product off my trailer. The unloading service tried to charge me and my company $118 for a straight pull. I disagreed and they decided on $58 instead. This is a union dock and won't let a driver unload himself but requires them to pay to be unloaded. I dont think this is good practice and makes it hard for companies and drivers to deliver to these places.
