Dirty store, uninterested employee, horrible drinks. So disappointed. I went to the Kung Fu Tea at the mall & had an amazing experience. I wanted to give this located a chance since it’s closer to me & I was highly disappointed.

Very bad service. Clearly ordered no ice and it still had ice in my cup. The one that took my order acted like I was disturbing her movie time. Not to mention, they didn’t have red bean, no milk cap, no crystal boba, and no seasonal drink

This location is very small, and the worker was mildly irritated at a man who was trying to change his toppings after his original ones were out. Half of their items were not stocked so I couldn't get my Thai milk cap, and had to go with a regular milk tea and boba. Not bad tea, just bad service.

personally, i had an amazing experience with my visit. i ordered the “Oolong Milk Tea” with Boba, and it is a must have. it’s a cozy little shop, that i recommend. the drinks are made in front of you, and the drinks are fresh. the lady was very sweet and patient, and she was generous toward me and others in the shop.

Been waiting at the door for worker to open and its 30 minutes past. Absolute bull i wasted my lunch break to drive here and i cant even get what i came for. Not to mention the girl usually working is very rude when she’s actually here to serve customers

So awkward. The employee made the girl before me wait until i knew what i was gonna order to start making her drink. Then when she made our orders and put them.on the shaker, she went into the back to do dishes. This girl and i were waiting an additional 7 min after our drinks were made for this employee to come up front and hand them to us. She also barely spoke a word the entire time. Would much rather go to Tea n bowl, the local family boba place?

The 6 drinks we ordered were really good. However, the young lady working was less than friendly, less than helpful, and seemed to not want us there, or to be there herself. We won't go back.

Probably the 10th location I've tried across the country as I moved around. Gotta say this place has been the most inconsistent and poor-overall compared to others in IL, NC and TX. Hit or Miss.
