I was going to the bathroom with my friends and the bouncer opened the door and saw me peeing. I felt very violated and he yelled at me while I was trying to go to the bathroom. I understand that I was the last of my group to go but that was unnecessary. I cried after and he told me to stop. I feel very self conscious. I honestly wish I wouldn’t have ventured out tonight.

the bouncers at this place are racist they wouldn’t let my 2 friends in who were black but all my white friends got in easily and it’s so ridiculous how these bouncers act. All of my friends who work there were trying to get the bouncer to let them in but they wouldn’t budge. I can’t believe that in 2024 that racism like this exist and it’s so upsetting

Took 15m to get a beer. They had 1 bartender at 445p for a 6p game, and another guy sitting behind the bar scrolling through his phone while 3 lines of people 5-6 deep waited for service.

Recently I have been enjoying the atmosphere of Ladder 19 on my weekends. As someone local to Cincinnati, I have heard a lot about the history of the building, and one of the bartenders knew the history, previous owners all while making me and my friends a drink! While most of the staff seem to be college students, they truly have care for this establishment and it shows with the service and their attitude towards this place. A well deserved 5 star review.

They have the absolutely hottest bartenders. I love the ambiance and everyone is so attentive to their costumers. Their instagram is also fire, they should give their social media manager a raise (I heard she was hot too).

There is very few places that I walk in to that give me the WOW factor! And that includes all of the 3 states that I’ve traveled to. I once heard someone compare them to Chic-fil-a and that really resonated with me. They have great Lemonade, the customer service is impeccable, and they’re closed on Sundays!? If there was 10 stars they would get all 10. 10/10 recommend def going back.
