Recently I have been enjoying the atmosphere of Ladder 19 on my weekends. As someone local to Cincinnati, I have heard a lot about the history of the building, and one of the bartenders knew the history, previous owners all while making me and my friends a drink! While most of the staff seem to be college students, they truly have care for this establishment and it shows with the service and their attitude towards this place. A well deserved 5 star review.

They have the absolutely hottest bartenders. I love the ambiance and everyone is so attentive to their costumers. Their instagram is also fire, they should give their social media manager a raise (I heard she was hot too).

There is very few places that I walk in to that give me the WOW factor! And that includes all of the 3 states that I’ve traveled to. I once heard someone compare them to Chic-fil-a and that really resonated with me. They have great Lemonade, the customer service is impeccable, and they’re closed on Sundays!? If there was 10 stars they would get all 10. 10/10 recommend def going back.

Never had a bad experience here until yesterday. For context this occurred after the food service closes and it turns into a full bar. My friend was trying to help someone who had a seizure next to us and was asked by a bouncer what to do. As she was helping, a female bartender arrives to block people off from coming over to the scene. Someone who was related to the person having a medical emergency arrived and tried to get down to him but the bartender hit him in his face. She then proceeded to try to kick my friend out for helping the guy and when my friend asked to to wait so she could make sure the guy regained consciousness, she was punched in the face by this same bartender. Then the bartender turned to me and dug her nails into my arms (leaving bruises) and pushed me backwards. The other bouncers then began to grab my friend and I and called us multiple names including b****. As other patrons began to step in, they were physically attacked by the staff as well. One staff member did approach me and said the bartender would be thoroughly investigated and dealt with but I'm sure he only said that so we would leave. This is disgusting behavior and completely unwarranted.

Loved it. Waiter was a sweetheart. Food was excellent and quick.Wheelchair accessibility: My boyfriend is a disabled veteran. No problems getting in or out of restaurant. Tables accommodating.

There were no servers, just two bartenders who ignored us while they made out with each other. There were a bunch of people sitting out on the patio without drinks, but the inside was empty. It looked like the place was under construction or maybe had been robbed. I'm not sure they were even open. We left after 15 minutes and no one noticed.

The last time I was here (a few years back) I had good food and got a coupon for 10% my next meal. Well, finally got back out here, and they're no longer serving food, even though they have a menu on their website. Total bull. Just had to leave.

So, a place that advertises food but doesn't have food. The bartender literally said, "some people think we have good, we don't". Then update your website and stop advertising! Worthless visit.

WOOF - what an evening. After suffering through a particularly annoying night, my girlfriend, her friend, and a friend's boyfriend (NOT to be confused with being the boyfriend of the friend coming with us to Ladder) headed out late to Ladder. Grabbed two Coronas, unfortunately no fresh limes, just lime syrup randomly poured in there by an "attentive" bartender. Tried to pass the extra beer off to my gf, but she needed a water - iykyk, leaving me to polish off the remainder - for better or worse. Plenty other options to visit on Short Vine, just not willing to go back due to my trauma from the night. I still get night terrors.

I came here and ordered a drink for me and my friend, they never gave me my drinks or my card back. They gave my card away to someone else who then used it to buy more drinks for themselves. The bartenders were clearly wasted, can't trust them with your card. The manager did refund me though. But now my card is gone.

This place is literally awful, I am 21 years old and some how got denied from this bar when I literally know 19 and 20 year olds that were in there drinking. Apparently if you aren't a minor they won't serve you. Also the bouncer was a dick, refused to scan my valid ID and said he could point out everything wrong with my ID. Never thought that being 21 years old would get me denied from a bar but I guess this bar just cares about providing alcoholic beverages to underage students.

Don’t recommend. Came in out of town. Walked in. Music is blaring. Kitchen is closed. Mind you it’s 6pm. Guys are just sitting behind the bar on topOf the bar. Loud college atmosphere for young people

4 stars for nightlife, 2 stars for brunch, 3 starsat night the place is packed and serves strong drinks and has such a cool atmosphere especially if you go upstairsat day the food is meh, the menus arent updated (I asked about an item that was listed as part of the meal and the waitress said it wasnt included anymore) the food is too expensive for what it is, and the service was so meh. it is normal to wait 45+ min for breakfast or lunch here. Just go to hangover easy, itll be a similar price with way better food
