Love their wings.

Salad and cheese ravioli and Rondos great. But my pizza crust was dough-ey and undercooked even though I ordered well done. The top was for sure almost burned but the bottom wasn't. Maybe don't order hand tossed?

This location whiteoak, I use the buddy card 1 or 2 times a week with a family of 10, (8 kids + 2 adults), they have been speedy for pick, and get the order right, jalapeños are on My half of the pizza so kids don't burn mouths , extra sauce and cheese when I mark it, and I love all the options beyond pizza to order for the picky ones like wings, I usually spend 50$ to 150$, which works out to sbout 5-15$ per person depending if we go beyond pizza or not with buddy card, which we usually do.

As you could see from my posting history, I rarely post, but I felt I needed to this time .

So my girlfriend and our kids were traveling from Tennessee back home to Michigan and we stopped to spend the night in the Cincinnati area
We decided to order pizza from Larosa in Blue Ash near our hotel. She ordered the ZITI CHICKEN ALFREDO and we got pizzas for the kids. Her order was supposed to come with a salad, when I went to pick it up from the restaurant and I got back to hotel, I realized It did not have the salad. when I called the number, they offered to refund me some money via a credit that I could use on my next order. I explained that I lived out of state, at this point they put me on hold and then said they would be delivering a new salad to us at our hotel. We waited and never received a phone call or the salad. I understand it’s just a salad, but it’s the principle of the matter.

I’m very disappointed because the food was good and the staff at the location were very nice. I just wish they would’ve done something to make up for the fact that they promised deliver this and they failed to do so..

Every time we order, it's wrong. It's cold with a gallon of sause and never well done. I literally only started asking for well done in hopes my pizza would arrive somewhat hot with the extra cook time but it's cold and the kicker Is the delivery driver randomly said it was fresh out the oven ? we live 3 minutes away. I could walk it home and have it arrive hotter!

My order was wrong, and I had to go back to the store to have fixed. Not happy about that as I was pressed for time. And the floor in the waiting area needed a good sweep, and mopping.

Growing up in the Cincy area, LaRosa’s was always my family’s go-to pizza place. Since moving out of the area, they have become an essential stop on my road trips from Florida to Northern Ohio. I have ordered online from this location several times now and it is always ready, hot, and fresh by the time I arrive. Must-haves are the cheesy bread, house salads, and BBQ chicken & bacon pizza. What’s not to like about another local Cincy favorite in the Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce as the pizza sauce base. I recommend the hand-tossed crust and swapping the onions for banana peppers on the pizza if you’re a fan. Also, it is some of the best leftover pizza when reheated in the oven the next day. Until my next road trip, LaRosa’s!

Love to support hometown companies but LaRosa's pizza is mediocre.
