Lately, the food has been pretty decent. There was a period of time where there were consistent issues with orders. The pastas, hoagies and pizzas have all been pretty good in the last month or so tho. I really enjoy the new fried cauliflower too. I do wish they would take an extra second to check orders for accuracy before giving them to the customer though... Had I not checked the last couple times I would have left without part of my order.

We ordered a medium pizza at 7:31 p.m. at 8:33 i contacted store as order was now past an hour.Staff transferred me to mngr...he said order would be arriving in 5 minutes.We finally received order at 8:51.Pizza is cold an inedible.

Food is always very good. When we do carry out, the staff it is awesome, super fast and friendly, but the staff in the dining area is terrible. Slow, don't check on you. Our waiter never refilled our drinks, and my drink was empty before the food came out. The dining area also needs to be updated badly.

This is a pizza company that cannot make pizza! I for the life of me cannot understand why every single order from this location is always messed up when we go to pick it up. Tonight I ordered 4 large pizzas and I go to pick them up because I have dinner plans at 6 pm with my son's friend. My order is all messed up again and one of the pizzas is burned and looks inedible (this is one that the kids are supposed to be eating) and they still want us to take the pizzas and just credit us back our money. That is nice and all but I'm not showing up for the first time at my son's friends house with burnt food for them to eat for dinner. No, LaRosa's! I'm NOT accepting your burnt food. Do better and make better food! I sat in the car in the parking lot for 30 mins with my son while my poor husband had to deal with your manager over and over again. Trust me you didn't want me to walk in there because I would not have been as nice as my husband was to you! I witnessed multiple people enter your store after we showed up to get our food and walk out with food that must have been okay and not burnt. The second time my husband came out the cheese wasn't even cooked at all on the pizza. Yes, we asked for something out of the ordinary for a picky kid that that doesn't like pizza sauce. We asked you to put cheese on dough for one of the 4 pizzas and cook it just like you do cheesy bread. You couldn't even do that right. If the dough is the problem then maybe you need to buy your dough from another company. I'm tired of the manager saying it's the dough's fault. This time we didn't even ask for light sauce because apparently if you ask for that it cause air bubbles all over the pizza they say because of the dough being too light. One sorry excuse after the other with this company. We better get our credit back for the pizzas! We are done with your location and will just drive to another store where they don't mess everything up.

Our pizzas were not right, they made the personal one with the toppings we wanted on the medium & the medium had toppings that should have been on the personal. They were NOT really busy but, service (drink refills) we had to request.We did have a decent seat and was visiting with family so, it was pleasant to be able to talk without it being too noisy.

My order came within 35 minutes, which was great, but the pizza was incorrect. It was going to be remade and delivered. After 45 minutes of waiting for a remake, I called customer service and was transfered to the Blue Ash manager. She told me my remake came at their dinner rush(4:15?) and there were 20 other orders to make. 2 hours from my original order time, I finally received the correct pizza. Both delivery drivers were great, but the store manager on duty took no ownership of the error and offered no apology. Will not be ordering delivery from here anytime soon!
