I have been ordering from this location for the past 2 years, and have NEVER had a bad experience. Always comes in a timely manner, food cooked how we request it, and drivers are pleasant.

Their was a long hair in my pizza all employees need to wear hair nets regardless of sex or race

My personal pepperoni was delicious.

Your ever-increasing delivery fee is making it harder to bring myself to add a good tip. I don't want to pay $15 for delivery...

Food was disgusting burnt and cold 🤮

Pizza dough was undercooked with extra cheese on pizza, when we did not order extra cheese. We order from different LaRosa's all the time. This time they were a little off.

Never Again! Went on Halloween about 7:30, paid online, they don't accept tap to pay. Had to come back with cash just to find out they don't go by order number. Instead by last name, just for them to pull the wrong order of someone with the same last name. Tell me my orders not ready. Placed almost 30 mins ago, But not ready. I asked several times about a box that I suspected was mine. Was told no it's not. Just for it to be my order. They need to train the staff to actually be able to identify which pizza is what. Small space to wait. Unorganized, employees lack knowledge.

Parking: packed, a mess when they are the least bit busy. I rather go to the one on W. Galbraith.

They do a great job here for doing carryout orders. We do work lunches and the food is always ready on time and always good.

My fiancee ordered 5 calzone large pizza all was doughy wasn't cooked long enough... spoke to a supervisor he said three strikes tried to get a credit or refund he said no, will be ordering elsewhere

We came to order pickup late night around 11:40pm. Lady there was so nice and made sure she got us a cold 2litre. Was respectful, pizza good as always!

Ordered online. Didn't prepare hoagy as requested. This restaurant has gone so far downhill since daddy turned it over to the kids. Quality suffers in favor of profits.
