I live in Louisville and miss the LaRosas there since it closed. I was excited to order my favorites tonight, but alas after an hour wait and watching the people we opened the door for leave and we still hadn’t gotten any food and was completely ignored by every server in the room, we left. We mentioned it to who we think was the manager on the way out and all we got was a I’m sorry about that guys.

It's much better than it used to be. I don't know if it was new management or what, but it's like night and day.

It's so good but it's so greasy. Only eat if you have nothing planned the next day cause you'll be spending your time in the bathroom.

My husband and I were just passing through, we are from out of town- our local Larosa's closed after only a year, so our closest ones are now in Cincy which is 2 hours from us. We stopped in here for a late lunch and everything from start to finish was fantastic! I got the cheeseburger pizza special and it was SO good! We got the pepperoni rondos as well and they were perfect. Our waitress was really kind and sweet and even after bringing me a drink that I barely got through, she brought me an entirely new to-go drink when I asked for one. It was very thoughtful of her and perfect for our drive home.

Usually have at least decent service, but this time was very disappointing. Ordered 2 small pizzas on app. App said it would be ready at 445. Got there around then and was told it would be a few more minutes, no big deal. They did seem decently busy. After 40min, hostesses had seen me waiting around for far to long and said nothing, so I went back up to counter and asked about my order. Hostess looked at the compute and said, it says it will be ready at 445.....I said it's 530. She then goes back to the kitchen, comes back and says something about them being out of traditional crust, but now it's going in the oven. Not sure if this was some made up excuse, but if not, it 100% should have been mentioned the moment I first got there. 15min later, got the 2 pizzas, there was no attempt at service recovery, not even an apology, let alone coupon or comped item/meal offered. Very sub par customer service all around.

Awesome party room for 25+ people and they handled everything pretty well. My only complaint is they brought the food out 15 earlier than I asked but it's better than waiting.

I'll try to make this brief. I waited 30 minutes past my pickup time. Every order that became ready was missing items or was wrong. They forgot about me and never put my order in even when I got there. Everyone looks like they are spaced out. The girl who took my name when I got there forgot we even had an interaction 20 mins prior. Forgot who I was completely. This was the worst experience as far as customer service goes. This store needs more staff and better trained people.

I'm there all the time. It seems like the young girls don't like to wait on me. I think that is by design, as I'm usually waited on by Eddie, Rachel or Sarah. These 3 employees always do well taking take of me. They are the Best of the Best. Today, I happen to be early and was sat in Cici's section. She never came and the hostess had to take care of me. So the hostess, which needs to stay up front to seat people, waited on me. I don't remember her name, but she was awesome. I might not be easy on the eyes and maybe the young ones think I'm weird-looking. You still have a job to do. Eddie could have 6 tables and the young girls would roll their eyes and say, can you take Jungle Jim off our hands ? The name is Billy.

Service is absolutely terrible. Wait times are excessive, and the restaurant has no room for the large amount of people to wait. Feels completely mismanaged, as the staff really seem to be doing there best to assist. Everyone seems overworked and overwhelmed. A shame to see a local staple be ran so poorly.

Food was good, especially the Pizza. The atmosphere is unfortunately minimal at best. Service was great but it was a a slow afternoon. I'd say a typical LaRosa'

The rondos had more grease than I’ve ever experienced! I could barely eat one, my calzone was decent though my pepperoni was bunched in one corner the waitress was barley attentive to our table and we went without drinks, today was not the day for larosas.
