Wow...few weeks ago I order pepperoni pizza.and they delivered with out pepperoni. Today I order lasagna and they delivered lasagna with out cheese on top. 2 weeks ago I order few things and they took around 3 hours the delivery,, they got home around 11:22 I don't understand, this place was really good an telling you was excellent. Now I don't know what to think.. Is clear I need to start looking for order place more responsible with good delivery and and food quality. Just very disappointed 😔 😔..

I ordered 2 calzones and they were both undercooked, I called to see if they could do something about like give me a credit or remake it since for 1 im pregnant and can’t eat uncooked meat and neither can my bf matter fact nobody can gonna catch a foodborne Illnesse(ex.salmonella) and the “supervisor” was very rude and unprofessional trying to make a joke out of what I was saying. I don’t see how it’s funny.

This store used to be decent. The past three orders have either been disgusting or simply incorrect. The latest order, the only thing they had correct was the boneless wings. Our BBQ chicken pizza was made with tomato sauce, the deluxe pizza had too much sauce so everything was soggy and fell apart.

I wanted to express how amazing the staff at Larosas has been in assisting me with Clearing up an issue. There was a problem with my new address as a previous resident has a restriction placed. I spoke to a few different people at larosas, all of which were very helpful, and although the process was a bit drawn out we did ultimately get it resolved. The service I receive is always top tier, and the food is always great. My autistic son loves larosas and I’m so grateful for the efforts of everyone to help get this resolved.
I called this Roselawn location back after discovering I didn't change the pizza sauce, I normally change the sauce to garlic butter....I admitted I forgot to ask her to change to garlic butter I believe.....As soon as I discover the pizza has pizza sauce on it.....I call and ASK, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER PIZZA, Cause due to MY mistake do I have to pay for ANOTHER ONE, OR are they willing to do a REMAKE with garlic butter....The man on phone put me on hold 2x....He first said, They would make this 1x exception to REMAKE it.....I said Ok....Got off phone he CALLS ME BACK, ask for the pizza back I stated it was threw away ....WE HAD TO PIZZA'S .....The one with problem, was a VEGGIE PIZZA , A LARGE, MUSHROOM AND CHICKEN,BLACK OLIVES AND ONION....THE 2ND PIZZA WAS A CHEESE PIZZA with extra CHEESE....THE MANAGER, SAYS get it out the garbage I want it back,I think the pizza was eating all up.. I AGREED TO GIVE HIM THE PIZZA OUT THE TRASH 🤷🏾♀️, THEN WHEN I ASKED HOW MUCH WAS ANOTHER PIZZA, HE THREW NUMBERS AT ME FOR A LARGE PIZZA $17 AND CHANGE AND EACH TOPPING 2.00 AND CHANGE....I NEVER ASK FOR A WHOLE ORDER TO BE MADE OVER....I Have true allergies.....If y'all keep NAME RECORD, I couldve proved THIS IS HOW I NORMALLY ORDER MY PIZZA'S WITH GARLIC BUTTER instead of PIZZA sauce....BUT NOPE, I won't be back!!

This store usually make they pizza's really good This is the second time I received a pizza not made exactly how I wanted it I asked for traditional the crust was pretty thick I asked for well done fries those was not well done at all. Last time I called customer service and just got a credit but this time I'm going to leave a review I don't even want a credit anymore I don't want to buy pizza from this location again Yes I ate some because I did not want to wait for another pizza and I was hungry but the rest going to the trash

Several times my order never arrived several times the pizza was hard and unappetizing salad always brown not fresh ...today I spent 30 they never brought my food refused to remake or refund the order the manager is a jerk unprofessional and disrespectful this is by far thee worst store
