Profoundly sad to what has happened to this location. My family lives out of town, but we have come back again and again for many years on visits to the area, since my parents have been coming to LaRosa’s since this location was built when they were teenagers, and we’ve often held family reunions and celebrations here. This was our second visit back since the remodel: the first trip back put us in shock, but we hoped the poor service was just a one-time issue. When we ventured back today, we were just blown away by the complete lack of service. It took a long time to get waited on, and after we ordered, we didn’t see our waitress again for an exceptionally long time. Other customers near us seemed equally concerned.!I finally went to find someone, and found one worker working on the televisions: no one else was around. I asked her to check on our order: 10 minutes later, we finally saw someone check on a table near ours and asked again. She told us that they were busy with a party in a party room. No apologies, no expression of any kind of concern. After we finally got our food and ate, it all began again with trying to get our check, get a box/takeout cup, and pay. We gave up and left cash on the table to pay.

I think everyone understands things go wrong sometimes - but a simple apology and a genuine attempt to remedy the situation would have gone a long way. We were celebrating a milestone birthday with a casual lunch at an old nostalgic favorite, and would never have thought such a poor experience was possible. I really hope there is a manager paying attention so the issues at this iconic location can be addressed.

I utilized the carry out window. I was told my order wasn’t quite ready. It should have been ready at 7:35. I didn’t get it until 7:50. There were 3 employees sitting on the ground outside. No other customers waiting. My pizza was dry and burnt. Rondos doughy in the middle.

Everyone knows about LaRosa's, but if you don't know about this location, its iconic for the company. There is so much history here and I have made my own personal history on several occasions. Parties, graduation, funeral recessions, you name it. I have celebrated so many life events at this particular location and there will be many more. The service is great and the food is as good as always. Scott is the man!

For over a year now the Boudinot location seems incapable of putting sauce on their wings that go out for delivery. I even asked for them to be wet and there's still no sauce on them. They're totally dry. I have called the store six times about this and it just never changes. I talked to a supervisor who was going to talk to the district manager and still there's no sauce on the wings. I'll have to keep ordering from the Rapid Run location because they at least know how to make the orders correctly.

After a long and arduous journey, we finally made it to Cincy's premier pizza joint. If I'm not mistaken, I think this is the original location. Make sure you park in the front if you're dining in.

To start, I got Rajon Rondos with spinach, which were baller. Then I got a salad so no one could tell me I was eating unhealthily. I don't remember much about the garlic bread sticks, but my buddy had to assist me with them. That's because I went off on some spaghetti and meatballs. Very sweet sauce.

I like how everything was cooked, but I was also left cooked after eating everything. Bathrooms were clean; not a bad place to spend extended periods of time if you get constipated.

If this is the finest Italian food the Queen City has to offer, I'm here for it.

Side note: I wonder if they do a hidden promo where you get free rondos if you wear a Rajon Rondo jersey. If they don't do it currently, they should.

We placed a carry out and showed to to a backed up pick up line. I decided to walk in to learn they experienced a system outage. Staff handled it very well considering the disappointed, hungry customers. They were able to catch up quickly and be attentive to everyone patiently waiting. Also importantly, in this crisis, our food was correct, fresh and delicious. Good job!

The worst experience I've ever had. Horrible customer service. It started Tuesday I went to order the new vegan your way and was given such a hard time. It's listed online and in the paper menu at the restaurant. I tried to call the call center to order and they had no clue what I was talking about. I drove to the boudinot location and started my order the vegan your way. The employee started ringing me up for each individual topping. She didn't know what I was talking about. I stopped her then another person came out and told me they are out of vegan cheese, napkins and plates. I left empty handed after driving all the way to this location.

I called the call center and spoke with a supervisor and asked them to check if another location had vegan cheese. She confirmed and told me they don't sell that pizza. That's it's only at test kitchens Considering it was the first time she heard of it. I drove to the rapid run location and again it was on the paper menu in their lobby.

I tried to again order the vegan your way pizza at the rapid run location ,and they told me they don't know what I was talking about. They said they don't have that pizza. I opened their paper menu and handed it to them. They told me they don't make that pizza. I said well it's clearly on your menu and online I'd like to order it. Again they tried to overcharge me by quite a bit of money. It's listed as 19. 99 on the menu and they tried to charge me 28 dollars. Two manager told me it's not 19.99 and want to argue about the price. I said how can you tell me it's not that when you didn't even know about the pizza. They finally fixed it and some how had my pizza out in 6 min. Got the pizza home and it was very undercooked and the crust was raw. Again another call to the call center and they credited me back.

I tried to use my credit to finally get my pizza and that turned in to an hour and a half long problem. I called the call center and asked to speak to a supervisor to place my order. Twice i spoke to two different people who did not believe me. I asked them to go to the website and they we're both surprised after arguing with me. He told me to head to the boudinot location and joe would take care of it.

When I got there he told me he spoke to supervisor at the call center but had no clue what I was talking about. He said he could not ring me up for it and could not fix the price. He refused to correct it and tried to charge me for 6 individual toppings. He said that is not one of the pizzas. It turned in to a argument and he finally got his manager.
After a long conversation and having her look at it she agreed I was right but told me she couldn't fix it. I had to call the call center back again standing in front of her to place my order for different Pizza. Then I had to tell him I wanted to pay at the store so they could correct the credit.

This whole problem took hours all because of marketing couldn't do what they're supposed to do. I've attached pictures from the online menu and the in store menu. You can even see the discrepancy in topping total. I know I wrote a book but this is ridiculous how I've spoken to and how I was continually told that I'm wrong over and over again and being talked to nasty. We have been customers for over 20 years. This is my kid's favorite pizza but I don't think I'll be back. I have a few hours invested, 6 plus calls 3 store visits.

I hope the LaRosas family/owners see this. I'm so upset over this whole process. If it wasn't for my children that can't have dairy pizza I wouldn't even try. Try telling your 4/5 year olds they can't get there pizza. They love veggie pizza.
