delivery driver came back with pizzas after order was incorrect first time which was before 7 redelivered at 9. Went to check pizzas in front of driver Nate I ordered five pizzas after opening the second box Nate and i seen the slice was gone and I immediately asked him what the **** he laughed and said if it was him to call corporate and get a refund after me handing him the first order they screwed up I called back in front of driver spoke with Aaron a manager who heard Nate say call corporate and that's a whole slice of pizza gone as my mom hollered that's a health department issue because we spent 44 dollars on pizza and 15 in tips and still can't eat I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE TO EAT HERE WITHOUT CHECKING WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO MAKE SURE ITS SAFE asked for a refund to Aaron still no solution or food.

I came down for the Dortmund soccer game from Bowling Green. I asked for a pizza and staff was so kind and friendly upon arrival. I had a mess up on my order and Olivia and the cook with longhair in back were so kind and fast to fix it! They were polite and friendly even though I messed up. I appreciate the great staff and the food was great as well! Breadsticks and double pepperoni is a goated combo. Thank you guys!

I try to place a delivery order around 10:20 PM today and the person that took my order his name is Abel that’s what he told me his name is he was so rude huffing and puffing every time I try to ask him to explain something to me or if they had any specials going…It seem like he didn’t want to do his job I always had a good experience here food always been great but after this experience I will not be ordering from this Larosa’s again…

manager made me miss my college lecture to come in for an “interview” at 2. I then show up and he tells almost immediately there are no positions for me to get a job in.. Why tell me to come in when you made me instantly leave?

Parking for pickup sucks. Pizza was ok.

I been waiting 2 hours and 10 mins for my food I have spoken to 3 supervisors at the call center and keep getting told my food is on its way the Clifton store is bad for business and it’s crazy they have people waiting for over 2 hours for food I will never order from here again guess I will go to the casino to get me some food

I’m completely horrified I went to pick up my food and I seen the worker reaching into the raw meat with his bare hands and no gloves when I called to report him I was told they’re not required to wear gloves because the 500° oven will kill all germs. Yeah, I’ll pass!!

Had a delivery that was supposed to arrive some time ago but never showed up

The food was good, the atmosphere? Since it was a delivery the atmosphere was great. I want you to know why I downgraded the service had Nothing to do with the restaurant but delivery and that is likely because of my neighbors...who steal. I've had several deliveries, not just food stolen. So apparently LaRosa's has been burnt at least a couple times and is why they don't deliver to my apartment building address without Firm Confirmation who they are delivering to. This was my first LaRosa's delivery to this address, from now on service will be a 5.
My Fav meal here is the crusted chicken salad.
