LaRosa's Pizza Colerain

I went to LaRosa's for dinner with my family tonight. Ashley N. was our server and her service was perfect. She was just attentive enough without being overbearing and her timing was on point. The food and atmosphere are great, especially on a weeknight when it's not too crowded, but our service is what made the experience!

I typically get carry out and the last few times its been very horrible. The large pizzas look like mediums. And when did circle pizzas become ovals. And dont get me started on the small blonde hair i found while eating ?And they have been cold like they was sitting awhile and i always come in on time for pick up. I know its not your food but come on show some care for others.

We came last week and Ashley was our waitress. She did an excellent job, always kept our drinks filled and handled it nicely when my calzone was incorrect. The food was good and hot and we were satisfied once my calzone came back out! Will be back, thank you Larosas!

I probably won’t be ordering from this location for a few years as the last two times we’ve ordered from Colerain myself and my husband have both gotten sick. Please use caution ordering from this location as it seems to be an issue with their food quality.

Service is trash here . The staff stand at bar and talk loud . They argued over who would seat people . My waitress threw my food on the table when it finally came out. Your food doesn’t all come out at once. They all walk around mean mugging.

Before going to Chicago, we chose your restaurant for the first time today. Your employee named Ashley took care of us and hosted us very well. Our family would like to thank Ashley. The food we ordered came fast and was hot. The flavor was also excellent. Thank you to LaRosa's family and Ashley.

I was very delighted to find one you could still have a sit down experience after driving to different ones that didn’t offer that option. However colerain did not disappoint the experience. The wait staff was great. We had 4 adults there and ordered steak hoagies, chicken hoagie, onion soup, chicken Alfredo ziti. All of it was excellent. It didn’t disappoint this Cincinnatian who hasn’t eaten there in 15 yrs, but wanted to introduce LaRosa’s to non Cincy residents. Worth traveling 12 hrs to introduce it and experience it once again. Oh the price was very reasonable.
