LaRosa's Pizza Mount Washington

Whenever my dad ordered pizza or hoagies, he always orders from the store. Nick is amazing, the staff is always friendly and the order is always accurate and on time! 10 out of 10, definitely would recommend.

Ordered delivery on 11/17/24.
Paid for delivery and tipped the driver to drive 1.5 miles.
The delivery driver calls me and states that HE DOESNT DELIVER INSIDE OF APT COMPLEXES!?!? Why ARE YOU A DELIVERY DRIVER THEN??
I CANCEL THE ENTIRE ORDER AND ILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK TO MAKE SURE THE PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED.
Will never order from this location!

I use this location quite often. But my last few orders have been disappointing. Pizza is not cut evenly or it’s missing something from the order. My credits are never applied to order.

5 stars all the way. The food is always fresh, and the people here are so sweet. Delivery drivers are fast and always arrive with the food still warm.

I want to thank Larosa's for making it right for me. I always get the same thing but this time it was not what I usually receive. I called and explained to them that I know what my pizza usually looks like with extra cheese and this one was burned and didn't even have cheese to the edge. If I have to be honest, it looked like a skin flap. They immediately gave me a credit and I ordered it again and it was perfect! The firstpicture is the one I received...the second is the reorder

I wish I could rate LaRosa’s higher. I’ve been going since I was a kid, but had a very frustrating experience recently. I placed an order online on accident and tried to cancel it, but there’s absolutely no option to do it. I tried calling the local location to change the order time but got redirected to a supervisor. Instead of actually being connected with a supervisor there was a brief hold before it fit out to a silent line with no one on the other end.

You have to pick up the pizza. The last 2 times we had it delivered, it was ruined. It looked like it had been placed on end rather than flat. So now we always pick the order up.

We picked up two small free pizzas because the Reds struck out 11 batters at the game we attended a few days ago. Strikeouts for pizzas is a fun promotion that Larosas has been sponsoring for several years. It can make a Reds loss more tolerable!

I ordered a small traditional mushroom pepperoni pizza with a 20 oz. Bottle of coke for take out. My pizza ? was hot and it was delicious. My Coke was cold. Service was fast and cashier was friendly. I even received a Senior Discount!
