I ordered by phone I'm only 5 minutes away, I headed there as soon as I hung up. A 1/2 steak hoagie with fries. 2 calzones, beef ravioli and a pizza. When I arrived the pizza was in the window, the calzones where put up right away. As I sat there for about 8 minutes the rest of the items came up. I was only going 5 minutes home. The steak hoggy was dry and over done, the fries were soggy. I also asked for an extra sauce when I paid. I didn't receive it and was charged...

I had a credit because pleasant ridge messed my food all the way up! I ordered the exact order plus some and they killed it!!! A little mess up with the driver thinking I shorted him money but he was very respectful about it and understood what I was telling him! I never have issues with this location or ST. Bernard. Great job!!!!
