Ordered hoagy w/ no mayo but received it w/ mayo. Called for a refund; restaurant required that we drive the sandwich all the way back--petty, discourteous, unprofessional behavior. Returned it and picked up a correct order from Jimmy John's.

Google maps says this is a dine in restaurant, and it used to be. My daughter and I walked 40 minutes expecting to sit down and eat. When we arrived it is only take out and delivery.We ordered small pizzas, they said 10 minutes. it was almost 20 and I had to stand up and ask for my pizza, which was waiting on the shelf.My pizza had a lot of bubbles so not much topping.We had to eat outside in February because the dining room was closed and we walked there.The person waiting on us said the manager had told google it was a closed dining room, but it still says it's open.
