Ordered hoagy w/ no mayo but received it w/ mayo. Called for a refund; restaurant required that we drive the sandwich all the way back--petty, discourteous, unprofessional behavior. Returned it and picked up a correct order from Jimmy John's.

Google maps says this is a dine in restaurant, and it used to be. My daughter and I walked 40 minutes expecting to sit down and eat. When we arrived it is only take out and delivery.We ordered small pizzas, they said 10 minutes. it was almost 20 and I had to stand up and ask for my pizza, which was waiting on the shelf.My pizza had a lot of bubbles so not much topping.We had to eat outside in February because the dining room was closed and we walked there.The person waiting on us said the manager had told google it was a closed dining room, but it still says it's open.

Very poor product...this use to be a great larosas...I ordered two large pizzas and I open the box and the cheese is all over the box,crust had huge bubbles in it and it was not even in a circle, it was oblong shape.. manager and the people working there knew the pizzas were messed up because they gave me concerning looks as I opened the boxes to look at them...when you got a whole bunch of people working there that don't care and it's just for the check these are the results you get

So I am from out of town and did not know my way around. I did not know there are 2 Larosa’s on vine street so make sure you go to the correct one. I accidentally went to the wrong one on June 18th and the staff were very nice and super chill. This short lady with glasses and dark hair was managing that night and she helped me with directions. I did not get any names but whoever was there at 7:20 pm on June 18th deserves a raise.

Of all of the different LaRosa's I have visited and there has been many! This one is by far the best!! Everyone has always been nice and respectful. My orders have never been wrong. The food is more than great!! I recommend this pizza place over any other!!

Took a trip to Cincinnati for the weekend and this LaRosa's was only 4 minutes away from my hotel. Yes, the dining room is closed so only carryout/delivery are available. Service was okay. Wasn't greeted when I walked in but everyone seemed nice. I got a calzone and it was very good and some breadsticks which were also good.
