We got take out, so service was the front desk which was friendly and quick. Ordering was easy and food was delicious :) We always go to LaRosa's when we are in town! We had steak hogies, pasta, pizza, and a calzone. I love that everyone can get their favorites :)

I ordered take out and it was during the lunch rush. I had three different people say hello and apologize for the delay in getting to my order.

It made all the difference in the world in terms of their service. There was only one person available for the take out line and the drive through. So another employee stepped up and had the manager come to make sure she could expedite the take out line.

All of this happened before I got to experience the goodness of my pizza!! LaRosa’s is a must have staple when you visit Cincinnati. It’s the best. From their veggie to their meat topper traditional thin pan tossed crust, they all are excellent.

This time I opted for a large thin crust meat topper with extra sauce, extra cheese, and the garlic butter crust! Best pizza ever. The sauce is what makes the pizza!!!

Pizza, pasta, and salad and standard trimmings. What I personally appreciate is that they have a semi-private room with a capacity of about 25 people. This space was just right for a post-funeral get together. The pleasant lady who has managed the place for 15+ years was personally in charge to ensure we had everything we needed.

The last 4 pizzas I received from this location have been underwhelming due to staff botching their toppings.
Bacon is barely on the pizza at unless double requested, and a double pepp had all the toppings bunched in the center. Some of the pepp was overlapped, and some slices had no topping at all.

This location used to have quality made pizza. Whatever the case, the care in preparing food has become extremely lazy. It is even more disappointing considering the restaurant was clearly not that busy.

I recently moved to the area and the White Oak location is closest to me. I i’ve ordered the fish hoagie three times and all three of the times they added sauce (when I clicked no sauce.) The first time I didn’t complain, I just wiped the sauce off and ate it, but the bread had already been soggy from having sauce on it. The second time I called, they gave me a full credit. The third time I called, they gave me half credit. I want to love them. I do love them, even bought buddy cards and gifted my family buddy cards because I like LaRosa‘s so much. I really wish the people making the orders would follow instructions. I don’t mean to be a pest nor complain but if I am paying my hard earned money, I want it made right.

Cannot read simple instructions when making pizza. 3rd time in a row my pizza has been messed up through the drive thru. Not hard to read!!

The food has gotten bad spaghetti was dried out like it was left over doggie had like 1 tsp pizza sauce bread hard like hockey puck

Good food

Had a bit of a wait but it wasn't terrible. We were able to get a table for our party of 6. Our waitress was great she was spot on with all of our orders and was able to k eep up with us all night we enjoyed her a lot! The food was good as expected

The people that work here are so nice, my food is always right, and it never takes too long.
