I don't coffee, just tea, but received a gift card to Starbucks. I'm not fancy, but their tea drinks are just pitiful. Hot tea choices are minimal, and not flavorful. The iced black tea lemonade was watered down, having had it just made in front of me--at least they made it quickly.

I've been coming here a few days a week before work for a while. They are always open on time, and even if they don't have certain items in stock sometimes, they are very friendly and just doing their best. The manager who I assume runs this location (at least in the mornings) is a very nice lady and is always prepping, cleaning, and greeting customers. They always make my drink right and wish me a nice day, it's very welcoming. I don't write reviews often but they are so nice here! ✨?

I haven’t ever left a review for Starbucks, but really, who even does? BUT I have to because they made the best Iced Matcha Latte I’ve ever had! It’s my go to drink and for some reason, it tasted better here. Also, the baristas were all super kind and welcoming!

Always a delight!

Every time I order a coffee its not what I ordered. I ordered a vanilla ice coffee with two pumps toffy two pumps caramel and milk just got a venti black coffee with ice. Today I ordered a toasted oat milk latte VENTI and they gave me a grande and still charged me for the venti size. The sticker however says grande so I just didn't feel like being that Karen and arguing. Just be careful ordering here. at least they are somewhat fast.

Green matcha latte is one of my favorite drinks and I got to try that with strawberry whipped cream which is not that good, and I tried cookie crumble with cream based, it is also average. Good place to have a coffee on the go.

horrible service. employees are more concerned with socializing than doing their job. i came in to order at a time where there was NO line. there were at least 8 employees behind the counter. i waited 15 minutes before telling an employee that i never got my coffee and people who came several minutes after me were getting theirs. the employee simply said okay and went back to making fruit drinks (didn’t take action AT ALL. didn’t start my drink or tell anyone to work on it despite the multiple idle workers). after another 10 minutes of waiting they finally asked me what i had ordered. i reminded them TWICE that i wanted oat milk before they made it. i watched the employee make the drink with dairy milk and she had to re make it. i waited for THIRTY minutes for a single grande latte (that wasn’t even filled all the way!) . these employees simply do not care.

I ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato, they charged me a venti price and made me a venti drink. After I addressed this with the cashier, they called a barista to talk to me. She said the difference was 20 cents and asked if I wanted a refund. When I said yes, she mimicked me and laughed smirkingly to another staff. They did refund and made me a grande one. I later found out the that difference was 50 not 20 cents. I don’t care about the money, but the service here is horrible.

cashier was laughing at a disabled woman because she was having difficulty ordering. she was hiding behind the screen laughing and couldn’t talk without laughing she had to have another coworker talk to her because she couldn’t keep herself together. very unprofessional.

Opening/closing times are incorrect and workers are not puntual. Here an hour after opening time and still not ready for opening
