I ordered the Hash which was supposed to be eggs over potatoes and sausage, however there was no sausage. I complained and was brought the sausage separately. Apparently they scoop this up from some premade pan and do not make it to order so you get what you get. For the price I would not order this.
Busy but excellent service. Tasty quiche and soup lunch. We had a reservation so no problem getting seated. The cafe is small and don't think about dropping in without having made a reserve ahead. Will enjoy coming back next time we are at the Taft Museum of Art.
They very kindly arranged a table to accommodate my 94-year-old father-in-law's wheelchair. The meals were satisfying (with large portions) and used local purveyors. Service was warm and friendly.
Very enjoyable lunch with friends. Attentive service (Kenneth is the best!) and delicious food. Christmas decorations set a delightful mood!
Our waiter, Kenneth, was a delight. He helped us make a good decision to split a delicious focaccia sandwich with fig spread and with a cup of soup, it was perfect. The Taft lunchroom is a favorite!
Soup was great and their sandwiches and salads are excellent. Definitely make a reservation because the eating area is small. Always a nice environment in a historic setting.
We had a very pleasant lunch. The service was good. Thank you to the staff for helping us choose a very good quiche.
We were disappointed with what the menu has become. Felt like not much is made in house any longer. Also felt as if we were inconveniencing the person who greeted us when we arrived.
This cafe does a lot with what it has space wise and kitchen wise. The quiche Lorraine with side salad was very good. The decor, service and noise level were good for a lunch/brunch.
fantastic brunch!

We had lunch at the cafe prior to one of the Jazz series. The cafe is just delightful inside the museum. Our waitress was wonderful, very attentive and friendly while the food was terrific in both taste and presentation. A very enjoyable experience and we will be back
The cafe is lovely. Taking a trip to the museum and grabbing a bite at the cafe is a wonderful way to wile away an afternoon. The exhibits are culturally important and offer community connection. The cafe provides an upscale ambiance at an affordable price. I'll be back.
I was somewhat disappointed that on Easter Day there wasn't much interesting on the menu. The food was good and tasty. Our server did not offer us any wine with lunch. The cost was very good. I am a member.
Table service by Noctis was very good, and fun. Our chicken salad and croissant sandwiches were beautiful and delicious. Chicken and rice soup was hot and tasty. Super soft jazz music and quiet atmosphere was what I'd like at every restaurant!! We'll be back for art AND food. The African Sunrise green tea was incredible . Thank you Noctis.
The atmosphere was great. My waitress was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and presented very nicely. It was my first time at the Lindner Cafe and I will return again.
