Little Caesars in Cincinnati

“Walked in at an extremely busy dinner time. I was able to get two hot n ready pizzas and two orders of crazy cheese stick bread made fresh within minutes without any problems. I had to take a phone call, so I told them I would be back in a few minutes. Minutes later I see a very nice gentleman, Dustin, walking my order out to my car for me! I did not expect that! I had forgot cookies for the kiddos so I went back in and was happily greeted, by Scott, and given cookies and more! Best service I have had there literally ever sand have been going to this location for years!“

“Over the weekend I came in to pick up an order that we ended up not being pleased with. I am giving 5 stars because this team went above and beyond with their customer service and support to make things right. “I ordered online and accidentally chose this location, I usually go to the Galbraith store. Anyway the building almost looks deserted but when I tell you my pizza was LOADED with toppings on the Supreme and extra most bestestes I got. And the pizza was ready at the exact time it said. I never get that so it was a pleasant surprise! I had to get this stores ratings up..it was the best Little Ceasars I had in a minute.“

“This location in North College Hill/ Colerain Ave is under new management but not sure however the new crew at this area is mannerable, well-spoken, team...my pizzas are always super great and made with care, your kitchen team is a pure asset here. It gets very very busy here and this team always handle it with no incidents and I have witnessed upset patrons leaving with their problems solved. MY pizza here are always picture perfect and hot and delicious. They have a busy drive thru doesn't hold many cars but patience is a must for delicious pizzas.“

“Don't be dissuaded by the four stars. Tried to call in an order to pick it up and pay at the restaurant, but they don't start orders anymore until you arrive. Can't order on the app and pay in cash anymore either. Those are my only issues. Staff was very nice and fast, and the lobby was pretty busy. Did a great job managing the orders, and I was out and about in 8 minutes or so.“

“The front cashier should put gloves on when boxing and bagging food, after handling money at the front, get another employee to help him. He was doing the drive thru, front cashier and boxing food. Thank you for your service.

“Not sure what all the 1★ are from. This is a 5★ place .... Had a birthday party from a friend out of town, & they loved it. First time having American pizza. it's all they wanted After that. I will definitely order again. might go crazy & get other things besides the plain cheese.“
