Not sure what all the 1★ are from. This is a 5★ place .... Had a birthday party from a friend out of town, & they loved it. First time having American pizza. it's all they wanted After that. I will definitely order again. might go crazy & get other things besides the plain cheese.

So I called to order pizza originally I spoke to someone and I said let me call you right back let me figure out what I want. Then I called back 3 minutes later the lady says hold on 10 minutes later doesn't even answer I can keep hearing her talk to customers that walk in the door and I hear her in the background say how can I help you like seriously I'm on the phone trying to order really pissed off at this point I hate when people do this they have no respect and obviously really made me angry because I'm sitting here waiting for 10 minutes tried to call back they didn't answer like seriously is this how you treat customers you don't respond to them you're supposed to actually say hey let me take your order then you know take the other people not hold somebody up for 10 minutes not doing anything. This was December 2nd at 7:30 p.m. this lady I spoke to should be fired for the way that she handled this. You don't make somebody wait 10 minutes and not answer the phone and then take other people's orders like don't put me on hold for 10 minutes when I was trying to order they lost my business

I placed an order online at 5:19 PM with an expected pickup time of 5:34 PM. I arrived on time, expecting a quick and easy process. Instead, I didn’t leave the store until 7:15 PM—nearly two hours later.
During that time, I stood and waited, watching multiple customers come in after me and leave with their orders while mine was nowhere to be found. All I ordered was a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks—a basic order that should have taken minutes, not hours.
After more than an hour of waiting, I asked for a refund because it was clear the order wasn’t coming. That request was completely ignored. I then spent about 40 minutes trying to speak to a manager. The manager stayed in the back and avoided coming to the front despite several employees telling him I wanted to speak with him.
When the manager finally appeared, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he tried to hand me food, even though I had made it clear that I wanted a refund at this point. When I reiterated that I no longer wanted the food, he became visibly angry, threw the pizza into the trash in frustration, and could be heard slamming things in the back.
This entire experience was completely unacceptable. A simple order should not take two hours. Ignoring refund requests and displaying unprofessional, angry behavior in front of customers is not acceptable at any business. I will absolutely never return to this location and strongly recommend others do the same if they value their time and expect basic customer service.

Doordash wouldn't let me post! I got a slice and stix paid for it and never got it and only got refunded partial amount even though. I didn't get the amount!!!
Customer service was wonderful. The staff is always nice to me. The food is okay. I like something about it cause I keep going back. For those new customers or returning old ones they do the drive thru different. They take your order have you pull over and sit for the estimated time and drive back up to get your food. Everytime I did that my food was hot and ready.

This location is legit. Today guy at the counter hooked me up with a crazy sauce when I forgot it on my order (my own fault). That guy has the aura of an owner. Made a loyal customer even more so. One time someone stole my pizza and they didn’t hesitate to make it right for me. Class acts. But it was extremely hot in there today, make sure the cooks are drinking water.
