Little Caesars Pizza

I had a long day at work and decided to just get some pizza instead of cooking. I was tired and to walk into little Caesars in Mt Carmel and see a smiling face welcoming me just made my day. I was very impressed with the promotions since I do not eat out much. I really had no idea the good good you have. A special thank you to your young ladies Elizabeth and Alisha. Very funny and outgoing made sure I was taken care of as well as chit chatting while doing their work. I will be coming back more often.

The pepperoni/cheese $4.99 deep dish cheesy bread is excellent
The thin crust pepperoni is excellent
The phone answering cust service was sub par, the guy answered the phone but to wait about 20 seconds before they actually said. This is little Caesar's. I could just hear background noise for about 20 seconds.

10/10 times they will mess up your order and then make you wait 45 mins while they fix it.

3rd time this month I have gotten barely cooked food. The pizza is mostly raw and literally falls apart when you try to take a piece out of the box. Once a week and a half I give you a chance, and you still can't cook the food all the way. Pathetic. This place has gone downhill bad in the last 6 months. Something needs to change here. This will be my last attempt for a few months...

The employee's run around like chickens with their heads off, yelling at eachother, going outside to smoke cigarettes and weed, going back inside to yell at eachother. Telling eachother they don't want to do this, or that, forgetting where they are with their orders. (Big surprise...)

I understand its probably a low paying job, but you will never get anywhere until you can get a pepperoni pizza right.

This last order looks like it was dropped upside down too, most of the cheese and toppings were stuck to the top of the box.

They USED to open the box and show you the pizza when you checked out, now they just grab it and shove it in your hands and send you on your way.

When you call to ask about a replacement or a refund they tell you to call corporate and hang up on you.

Every time we try to pick up a “hot and ready” pizza, we have to wait 10-15 minutes…and we don’t even try to pick up pizzas on a Friday or Saturday. When we order online to prevent the wait, our order is never processed. It’s frustrating. We love the pizza, though there could be a little more cheese added.

There is a strange thing in my pizza, it looks like hair or horse hair, Barbie hair, paint brush, plastic filament, grass straw, idk it’s just not pizza and I could’ve ingested it. Who knows how much I’ve already ingested.

The staff at Little Caesars is exceptionally professional and courteous. The food is consistently prepared fresh, which is always a positive experience. I once encountered a problem with a pizza, and the staff’s immediate and effective resolution was truly exceptional customer service. They surpass even Chick-fil-A in terms of their ability to provide outstanding service. For busy mothers like myself, finding a quick and reliable establishment with minimal issues is invaluable. Little Caesars offers a triple win: great food, exceptional customer service, and additional perks that are often included with purchases.

Great staff, today I went an ordered at 6:52, yea sure I got my food 20 minutes later compared to the 12 I was told. But from just standing there waiting, I could tell they were a hard working staff and it was an honest mistake, the Guy manager was a hardworking, but kind manager, and did offer me a 2 liter after learning of the mistake, I declined tho. Kind staff, helped when they noticed me still waiting. The girl offered me napkins and a bag on my way out, which was nice. Great job. I can understand why it took long and wasnt bothered at all. 😅 I just took my food with a kind additude as one should. 😁

This little Caesars is always very good and tends to have pizzas ready with in 5 to 10 mins.

They are always very busy when I go there so that to me says a lot.

Usually I don't have problems outta this place we get pizza here alot. Last night I order 2 pizzas 1 cheese 1 pepperoni and 2 crazy bread with sauce I order at 5:11pm it was literally 6:13pm when we finally got our order. I use to work in fast food so I know how it is. So I wasn't in a hurry to begin with but I had hungry kids with me . Not to mention the red head that was working front last night kept telling everyone 25 min wait when she knew it was longer was missing ppl off more. That girl had no clue what was going on. I heard the girl in the back say outloud I don't care if you have 1 pizza I'm not skipping orders she just had a horrible attitude altogether. The guy the was doing portal orders he is awesome he kept his cool and was professional but I knew he was so mad I felt bad for him. Like I said come here way to offended NEVER had this happen before so idk what was going on last night to wait an hr for 2 pizzas and 2 crazy bread but didnt even get our sauce.

Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 1 hour for 2 pizzas. Insane! No offer for refund or credit. No apologies. Not a single care given. Blows my mind.

Now I normally don't post writing, and I really LOVE little Caesars. But last night's orders wasn't cooked all the way, but yet the tops were burnt. This has seriously impacted my willingness to order from here any more.
