Now I normally don't post writing, and I really LOVE little Caesars. But last night's orders wasn't cooked all the way, but yet the tops were burnt. This has seriously impacted my willingness to order from here any more.

Don’t waste your money or time trying to buy pizza here. I walked in, they was maybe 2 people waiting already. All I ordered was a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. I was told the pizza was in the oven and should be ready in about 5 mins. I waiting for 30 MINUTES and eventually cancelled my order when it became clear I wasn’t going to get my food.
First they couldn't find the order, then I got home and didn't have everything. I called and they put it on the book. Stopped in the next day and picked up the item. No problem. The bacon cheese puffs are good, but the pizza was not.

Unprofessional staff food never ready for pick up and unorganized and very dirty place! I don’t eat here, but picking food up for people I wonder why would they eat here! Well, you see the people that come there and order not my kind of people! Stop getting food from here I want this to close down too!
I ordered crazy bread with the marinara sauce, but I did not get the sauce
Great customer service! We were early for our pick up by 30 minutes or so and were just going to wait. Without asking, they made our food immediately. Everyone was so friendly and provided great service.
The pizza was great.
