Absolutely horrible never order from this one ever thin crust cheese pizza been sitting for hours not even edible called to talk to manager and he hung up on me don’t waste your time

Ordered a bacon stix and pepperoni pizza, and pepperoni crazy puffs. The pizza looked like it was cut by a toddler and folded on one side. The crazy puffs had no pepperoni, no cheese. Just a tiny bit of sauce surrounded by overdone bread. Most of it was not edible. Do better!

The customer service is 100% awesome. The employee J and Bassam are always smiling, greeting the customer with care. This is the BEST LITTLE CAESARS I give 1000 ⭐. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely positively THE worst customer service in all of business.

This is the worst little ceasers ever. The service is awful and they will just take orders without actually completing them. They will let your food just sit in the back while you can see its finished and they'll still tell you it needs 10 more minutes. You'll even order online and get emails that your food is ready, but youll go in and need to wait over 15 minutes.

Honestly, I don’t really do reviews often but this place has just fallen off in recent months. The last two times I was in the place was marked open, nobody was around, stood for 5 minutes and just left. No idea who’s running it or who owns it now, but they’ve either need staff or need to better supervise the staff there. Really unfortunate.

When I ordered my food one pizza took about 20 min fine then when I got there they made it wrong then refused to change it then they said NO I showed them the recite and they got mad then I showed them a photo of what it’s supposed to look like and they complained before making it and it still turned out badly

Over the weekend I came in to pick up an order that we ended up not being pleased with. I am giving 5 stars because this team went above and beyond with their customer service and support to make things right. I applaud Jay and his team for providing superb service when making a not so great situation better! Thank you for the hard work, integrity, and help!

Order ready and waiting in self service area. Typical Little Caesars location. Clean, easy to find, plenty of parking. Pizza was very cheesy and hot.

Ordered drinks, breadsticks, as well as stuffed bread sticks. The man who took my order did not speak English period besides a couple words and numbers. As well as the manager in charge. Waste of my time every time I come through this location my order is always wrong or I’m met with rude behavior. Will not be back
