Little Caesars Pizza

Over the weekend I came in to pick up an order that we ended up not being pleased with. I am giving 5 stars because this team went above and beyond with their customer service and support to make things right. I applaud Jay and his team for providing superb service when making a not so great situation better! Thank you for the hard work, integrity, and help!

Order ready and waiting in self service area. Typical Little Caesars location. Clean, easy to find, plenty of parking. Pizza was very cheesy and hot.

Ordered drinks, breadsticks, as well as stuffed bread sticks. The man who took my order did not speak English period besides a couple words and numbers. As well as the manager in charge. Waste of my time every time I come through this location my order is always wrong or I’m met with rude behavior. Will not be back

Walk in gentlemen was on the phone talking. We were waiting for him to get off the phone… arrive home and started eating…. The slice of pizza i had hair under the cheese… drove 20 mins back to be told no refund… so asking the guy can i just get something else. And got only one thing of wings.. keep repeating no refund no refund.. there was two slice taken out and bitten into but its in the box… never again…

Typically we pick up an order on our way home.

Pizza usually is good. Store front appears clean, although, the person taking and giving the food isn't wearing protective hairnet or gloves!

The establishment doesn't answer the phone for an order to be made so don't even waste your time. Maybe the app ordering works for some, but NOT FOR ALL... Terrible way to run a business!

I want to say thank you to team at Harrison ave for fast service and support and very helpful and mostly high respect for customers and coworkers and I don’t remember his name I think he goes by j or jay but he American guy in store I love him a lot he always shows every one respect and loyalty and makes the customers laugh even on cold day and I can tell he changed a lot sense the past years he been with these company he is more happy have people as team with him and he deserves a lot of respect and raise to keep this guy here and I wouldn’t be at this store if it wasn’t for him keeping it going

Ordered Italian cheese bread and pep pizza. Made the cheese bread and tasted fantastic.
Sold me a hot and ready from noon at 3pm. Called and insisted it was fresh. Like cmon dude I waited for the food to be made. I'm not an idiot. Pizza was garbage

I was definitely skeptical. Going to this little Caesars because the last little Caesars and I had a run in there was none too pleasant the people over the food so this time I kind of only went because of finances and it was around the area I needed to be, I had made phone calls prior to going and spoke with a few people and one of them. I don’t even know why he couldn’t speak English. I don’t know why that was stuck in my head, but it was actually a good 1520 minute right away and I couldn’t speak to him so I couldn’t order ahead and I think that’s why I called but my point is I went out of my way to get better service. I went out of my way to get better food and that’s what people business runners and owners don’t understand is that service and quality quality is so important. It’s not all about location location the only time it’s about location. Location is when I am running late and I have five seconds to stop and it’s literally the only thing on the corner and you know what I’ve been known to bypass it anyway because I know that I’m not gonna come out there what I want this location specifically and this was the first time I had been I ordered what I had wanted the other one which was a big item on the menu and even though the sign says hot and hot and hot and ready I have to say that when you get the ones that are ““ hot and ready they’re a bit cold and card so the fact that this location this one specific Cook decided he would wait until it was ordered to make my food. Delighted me because it was amazing. He made these little puffs that were like little. There’s like little pizza cupcakes and those are yummy and I could eat my face off I think I probably did, and the pizza was exactly what it was supposed to be. It wasn’t short it didn’t look I didn’t and it looked like someone cared about the food that they had prepared. My family was definitely impressed and my kids were definitely overly joyed about the fact that the breadsticks looked and tasted exactly like a breadstick is supposed to from from Little Caesars. Those happened to have been their favorite their whole life so I came in. You guys were doing such an amazing job and I will continue to drive 20 minutes out of my way to come back

Vegetarian options: I couldn’t tell you that part I clearly was looking for all the fat

Kid-friendliness: I just thought maybe there would be it was there was room for them to sit and not be so crunched as other locations

This location is FAR better than the one on Glenway. The parking is better, the food is better, the location seems clean and the employees were friendly. The food was fresh and tasted good. I ordered online and it was hot and ready on time.

Waited 30 minutes after pizza was supposed to be done. I asked for a refund and only then did they told me that they had dropped my pizza. As i received my refund the pizza was getting done.. I left without the pizza. Workers don't even acknowledge customers.

Worst pizza place in the area. Workers are terrible and food is bad.
