This location in North College Hill/ Colerain Ave is under new management but not sure however the new crew at this area is mannerable, well-spoken, team...my pizzas are always super great and made with care, your kitchen team is a pure asset here. It gets very very busy here and this team always handle it with no incidents and I have witnessed upset patrons leaving with their problems solved. MY pizza here are always picture perfect and hot and delicious. They have a busy drive thru doesn't hold many cars but patience is a must for delicious pizzas.

Owner tried to sell me a Italian cheese bread that had been sitting in the warmer after I clearly ask for a fresh one twice. I've been to this Little Caesars multiple times before and they made fresh and no problem

I ordered from this store in the app by mistake. I tried to call the store multiple times to cancel my order but nobody answered the phone. I called over 20 times last night. I just wanted a refund because a re ordered at another closer store to me.

I came up here the worker was outside smoking a cigarette and I asked were they open he said yes and asked what I wanted in front of the store and yelled inside my order ig it’s a language barrier. So after he was outside on his phone and smoking he proceeded to walk in take my order on the machine took the cash and gave me change and went to the back made my pizza and puffs never washed his hands or anything. I didn’t say much I jus was ready to go never again!

The people working were remarkable. Place was clean. The only issue is the same issue with every pizza place . No one knows how to cut a pizza without it being stuck to it's neighbor. I worked for a lady from Greece back in the late 80s. And she had classes on how to cut pizza. You wasn't allowed to cut a pie if you didn't pass her class. And we cut personal all the way to 26 inch pies. And if she found out you wasn't cutting them correctly. You went back thru her classes. And if it kept happening. Out you went.

I ordered ahead of time and when I went to pick up my order they didn't have everything and then they couldn't do a partial refund, so they canceled my order saying they refunded me. But they didn't so I had to call my bank to dispute this when I paid an extra 10 dollars to take the pizza and leave. This is the worst expiernce I have had with a pizza place. I will NEVER come back here for any reason.
