I called my order in. I waited in the drive thru for easy pick up. I was in line for almost 25 minutes. Then when I got to the window, nobody greeted me to even tell me it was going to be a few minutes. So I beeped and a man came to the window and he looked up my order, it wasn't ready. It was already about 15 to 20 minutes past the time they told me it would be ready. The man told me that my order was coming out in a few minutes. I waited another half hour without anyone telling me what was going on. The only reason I didn't go inside is because I am disabled and I can't walk that well with something in my hands. So even if you call in your order, you'll probably have to wait. I would suggest going to another little Caesars. These days customer service sucks not just at this place, but everywhere.

My experience here was terrible I waited in a car line for a hot and ready pick up for 30 minutes and normally I'm a pretty patient person (and keep in mind it was only 3 cars in line and I was one of the 3 cars) one of my pizzas was burnt and I simply just asked for a refund and the lady had an attitude of course Pretty much just a uncaring type of vibe So I pretty much will never visit this location again hopefully they improve customer service and speedy service u should not have to wait for 30 minutes for a pizza that's supposed to be hot and ready and they have went up on their prices on the pizza but poor slow service no thanks!!

my oder was terrible i decided to order the crazy puff’s & a pepperoni pizza the pizza was fine but the crazy puff’s were terrible! they were salty & hard when i had said something to the staff she was very disrespectful & told me it was nothing she can do about it & didn’t fix my order . really all the employees there were rude & very disrespectful this place needs a whole new team they were all talkin about customer’s cursing very loud & being very disrespectful i will never be back again was the worst experience i ever had at any pizza spot .

Called at a reasonable time 11:30 AM trying to place a call ahead order to show the business some respect before I roll up demanding 12 pizzas phone rang and rang before employees. Picked up the phone and hung it up. I thought it was an accident I called back happened again.
very bad service, it took them 40 minutes to give me my pizza, and when I asked them how long it would come out they always said in 10 minutes and with an attitude, and I have been there twice and they are always with an attitude and mad at people!!!!!

The food was okay. It was hot but the crazy bread was NOT crazy bread and the pizza was mediocre. The best part was that the sticks on our slices were drenched in the garlic butter, but it couldnt hide the whole meal was off. Won't he going to this location again.
