Went to Colerain location and sat over 20 min. We got no service. It was not busy. There were server's all around. We finally got up and left. I am a regular, however I am no longer going to continue to recommend this place or be a regular.

Placed an online order. Got no straw for my drink and no silverware. The only issue with that is we are from out of town and staying in a hotel so we had no silverware. When I finally got silverware the steak was under cooked. We ordered one medium well and one well done. They were both cooked as mediums. Very hard to eat undercooked.

My wife and I are regulars here and can't get enough of the food, but it's the incredible staff that really makes this place special. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, always ensuring our meal is perfect. They consistently surpass our expectations, making each visit a memorable one. We always leave with huge smiles and full bellies. The potato skins are a must-have every time! Thanks to Jessica, Jamarco, Skylinn, and the whole team for making this our go-to spot to turn a bad day into a great one.
Literally just walked in to the restaurant and was completely ignored! I spoke to the young grumpy and frumpy TWICE and still got no reply. She continued emptying crayons from one box into the other box AND THEN proceeded to PUNCH another box, play in the trash, rearrange the menus on the desk and only when a young man came from the back did she acknowledge us, slightly. She NEVER spoke. Grabbed 2 menus and walked us to a booth, practically threw the menus on the table and walked away!!! AT NO POINT DID SHE ACKNOWLEDGE us. We sat for 1 minute and then weren’t comfortable enough to order so we left.
EJ was wonderful! He served us up with smiles and provided me with a few giggles. EJ, thanks for that as my brother and sister, along with their spouses were meeting to finalize everything after my Pops' passing.
Great meal, filet mignon was especially good, broccoli was perfectly mooshy as i has requested, and the baked potato was also perfect! Solid service! Will be back!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to my server, Jamarco. He was very attentive to my needs. Drinks never ran out, he was very communicative, and I didn’t ever have to wonder where he was or what was going on. I appreciate that a lot because I’ve been here before many times and have had less than average service from others. He made my meal even better! I enjoyed a HUGE chicken salad that filled me up, along with the delicious rolls. I think I’ll be back very soon! I’d love to sit in his section on my next visit.

Me and my husband go here all the time and we had the pleasure to be served by Jamarco, he was absolutely amazing! He made sure our drinks were never near empty, made sure our food was amazing, and checked on us like a GREAT waiter should. Definitely recommend going here and asking for him. Absolutely amazing

I'll be brief. Place was empty. Food took almost an hour to come out after ordering. Steaks were overcooked and bland. Remade steaks came back wrong size. Salad's were swimming in dressing. Won't recommend or visit again.
