Birthday lunch was a huge success. Not busy when we went and the server made our lunch. Just when you think customer service is gone forever...salad, steak and of course rolls were delish!

We arrived and we're seated about 5ish for an anniversary dinner for my in-laws..They brought us our drinks .Then disappeared . Then after 25 minutes a waitress came over and started taking our order ...Right in the middle of that the manager came up and moved our waitress to another table ( a table that had been seated AFTER us ).So we waited another 10 minutes till another waitress came and said "let me clock in and ill be right with you". So she leaves and comes back a few minutes later and took our order ..While our food was being prepared the manager came out and apologized and said she would check back in with us for the rest of our visit ..Never saw the manager again.. Food came out .... The burger my wife got was dry ..The sliders I got were overcooked and dry (and they didn't put the pickles on it) My father in-law asked for well done pork chops and got them cooked to medium ..He also asked for white gravy and they gave him mayonnaise that he dumped all over his mashed potatoes and ruined them .. the other 3 at the table had no issues with the food .Then it came time for the check ..All 3 couples ( separate checks) had coupons . They had problems with the coupons ( from the Logan's app) That took another 25 minutes to fix ..We literally spent less time actually eating than anything else that happened during our visit ...Maybe it was a bad day or they were short staffed..but it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a restaurant.. On a side note ...The waitress that finally waited on us was awesome ...This took place on April 11th at 5:00 pm

Horrible service, waited 20 minutes to be seated thought about walking out but then here comes the take out guy who isn’t even the host. He sits us, it takes 15 minutes for us to even get a drink, rolls, hell even an acknowledgment. Another 10 minutes to bring our drinks and then once we were ready to order he states that they are out of mashed potatoes. My meal was going to be the shrimp stacked salmon I asked so how would that work he stated rice or nothing at all… what am I paying $20+ for then? I just left that’s ridiculous.
Had a really great experience at this location. I have had really great experiences with many restaurants in that area. Colerain and Mount Healthy, food was fantastic!! ? Service was lovely, everyone just had good vibes, and it made for one of my best dining experiences ever!!

Service was horrible. Sat in an area, only person there another waiter on a different side had to inform the waiter that I was at her table. Once waiter acknowledged me it was 10 to 15 minutes later. Ordered a drink, chicken wings, and fries. Took another 10 minutes to bring my drink. Once I received my food, I only received my chicken wings which were horrible, asked about my fries waiter caught an attitude. Tried to charge me for something I did not receive. Asked for the manager and she was no better. I do not recommend this place. Service was horrible.

The food is typically good but I was disappointed this go round. We were like the 2nd group of ppl seated after opening so we figured everything would great. The complimentary rolls were not even warm. I ordered fish and chips and it was four cod nuggets on a bed of fries. Thoroughly disappointed. Had the artichoke dip... it was a thousand chips for a half cup of dip. The spicy sauce on the new shrimp appetizers was good but the presentation and the excess sauce overwhelm it all.This was an unusual experience for me at Logans. But customer service was awesome. Manny was training a new guy and they both were very good. It made the experience a bit better.
Enjoyed Teriyaki Salmon and Shrimp. Staff were nice. It’s never overly crowded here so always a good choice.
