I just wanted to say that I hate that you guys changed your fries to waffle fries I really liked your french fries they complimented the chicken and hush puppies and everything else very well you shouldn't have gotren rid of those you should have just added the waffle fries so people could choose!!

I used a coupon for context. 3 piece fish for 8$.
Fish was freshly fried. The batter has a good flavor. I will state that is quite salty/high in sodium. Tarter sauce compliments fish well. Cole slaw was good with proper consistency.

Cost is getting outrageous. $20.00 for a fish meal.. really don't think the employees at this restaurant put much into thier job...

Speaker had auto greeting that kept repeating but no person came to the speaker to take my order. This was around 6 or 7 pm so for sure within open hours, yet nobody came to the window when I pulled past the speaker either.
Dietary restrictions: If you are on a nobody needs dinner tonight diet then this is the place to go. Ha. This has happened on more than occasion.

Saw quite a few people walk to the door to realize it was locked. Not sure why it's closed on sun/mon .
it's fish.. for such a busy area, & seeing several people walk away with out fish , is .....

I picked up food after getting off from my second job to take home to my mom I am also a caregiver for. I could tell our good was not booked in fresh grease everything had a darker color. I then paid extra for an add in butter fly shrimp when I got home it wasn’t in my bag. I tried calling to just request a credit for it and no one would answer the phone. They didn’t give me a receipt so I was trying to call while it was fresh in the drive thru’s mind I had just left. My mom was so excited she hadn’t had this in years I was a bit disappointed in the presentation and lack of customer service.
