The food was good as expected. There could have been more sauces included with the meal. Not the type of sauce but the amount of the ones that were included. The service was outstanding by the employees. However, when they were not busy they were sitting in the lobby on their cell phones. Seems odd to me.

Beautiful Disaster
I ordered the two pieces of fish and shrimp meals. Everything tasted excellent as expected .My only complaint is the portion sizes. Both fish were tiny (I'd say put two together, and it would be the equivalent of one piece I'd normally get).Also, the battered shrimp combos/dinner have drastically reduced their size.

I was picking up a DoorDash order Thursday 2.16.2024. Walked in NO acknowledgement from.the manager or the other associate. As I waited with other's for the order the manager threw the order on the rack used for DoorDash orders. I checked it was the order I was waiting to pick up.I asked her why didn't she acknowledge anyone? and why did she throw the order..she said it was not my food and it shouldn't matter.I informed the customer that her food had been thrown.This service was rendered by the manager on Thursday February 16th at 5:30pm.Customer service was not provided

Haven't been in years. I seem to remember after I purchase food. Mediocre at best. Fish and shrimp deal. Service was fast and attendant was nice. A little pricey.

I literally haven't eaten LJS in years. Thinking I may make this an annual Christmas Eve Eve tradition. The drive thru light on the order board was out and an announcement said the place was closed but a worker then said they were open and turned on the light so I could see the menu, strange. The fish was more perfectly formed than I remember and was ok but the hush puppies were just not good. Staff was friendly and even threw in some of those crispies that Josh Sneed jokes about. Once a year will be good enough for my arteries.
Place was clean and the people were friendly! Sad to see them closing down around other areas.

The white upper age girl there, she was working drive thru, brown hair in a pony tail receipt says maverick was the name but I don’t know if that was her name any who she acted like she didn’t want to be bother forgot my second drink going to ask me if it on there when I know what I order then I asked for couple more sauce packet and she said after 3 they charge since when? Then I got home started to eat and noticed she forgot my side clawslaw. She was in a rush for no reason when they aren’t even busy I was the only car!!
Did this Long John Silvers close? 2nd time this month I've come by before 8:00 pm and it's completely dark.
