Fish was dry seems to have been reheated Halloween night I got tricked. They are cut from my neighborhood go to place. Hush puppies was ok and the potatoes but the fish was a no go

The manager was terrible never seen management so not wanting to here your complaint my food was cold and all he could say was he doesn't like to waist food I don't eather but I dont like cold fish.I love long john silvers but want go back there until he is gone when I was talking to him he had a nasty smirk on his face and then went in the back and was talking about my sister and I because they was looking around at us from the back very unprofessional!!

I ordered fish chicken and shrimp and only received chicken and shrimp. Poorly formed chicken. Very disappointed. Was rushed at the drive thru while ordering which I’m sure is how the mistake was made. My water was forgotten too, had to ask.

We love LJS Coleslaw, and tonight we didn't get any. My LJS in NCH always gets the orders right except for yesterday. We ordered 2 meals with G beans and coleslaw, but we really missed the best part, the CS. I know mistakes happen, and they are always fast and friendly at the window, but the box is tied shut, so I couldn't check the carryout order before leaving the window.

Sub-par, I ordered 8 fish, got 6 fish and a piece of chicken, the waffle fries were cool and stale. Normally good food- but not today.

I honestly forgot this place still existed.
The one real advantage LJS's has is that their fast food is very slightly different from most other folks' fast food.
It isn't much of a victory, but it is something.
Plus:
Every drive-through should have clam strips and cocktail sauce.

The young lady was sooo rude that packaged the food. I asked for utensils she gave it w/ attitudes. I asked for napkins she gave it w/ attitude as well. Which are things that I shouldn't have had to ask for. But the other young lady that was the cashier whispered, I'm so sorry for the way she's acting Sir. I REALLY APPRECIATED that. Wish I knew her name to shout her out. But I never forget a face.

Placed an online order. I asked for my food to be fresh and well done. Went in to pick it up, and the 3 ladies at the counter were a pleasure to speak with. I left with my food to go pick up my prescription but had to return because my chicken was not done, especially since I asked for it well done (I just looked at the chicken to determine it wasn't completely done). Once I entered the store, this rude fat white gut came out from the back, named Matt, asked me what the problem was. I told him my chicken wasn't all the way done and showed him how it wasn't done. He decided he wanted to get smart with me and say the chicken was done, it just wasn't to my liking. So I pulled the chicken apart and showed him how I couldn't pull it apart and how the batter wasn't done in the inside. He still continued to get smart with me and tell me it was done. So I told him to stop talking to me before I regretted coming into that location. He continued to talk smack and said he wasn't going to let me bother him. So I told him he wasn't going to bother me either. This man had the audacity to tell me to leave without my food. Then tried to give me a refund and like I told him, I didn't want a refund, I wanted my chicken the way I ordered it. I wasn't trying to get free food. I wanted my food made as I requested it to be. He continued being disrespectful and rude. He even snapped at the black employee working up front like he was talking to me. I ended up getting my chicken but I will never return back to this location again, especially while Matt is there. I will be calling corporate shortly and reporting him as well. I really hate to have write this negative review because of Matt's rude self because the ladies in the store were very nice and practiced great customer service.
