The young lady was sooo rude that packaged the food. I asked for utensils she gave it w/ attitudes. I asked for napkins she gave it w/ attitude as well. Which are things that I shouldn't have had to ask for. But the other young lady that was the cashier whispered, I'm so sorry for the way she's acting Sir. I REALLY APPRECIATED that. Wish I knew her name to shout her out. But I never forget a face.

Placed an online order. I asked for my food to be fresh and well done. Went in to pick it up, and the 3 ladies at the counter were a pleasure to speak with. I left with my food to go pick up my prescription but had to return because my chicken was not done, especially since I asked for it well done (I just looked at the chicken to determine it wasn't completely done). Once I entered the store, this rude fat white gut came out from the back, named Matt, asked me what the problem was. I told him my chicken wasn't all the way done and showed him how it wasn't done. He decided he wanted to get smart with me and say the chicken was done, it just wasn't to my liking. So I pulled the chicken apart and showed him how I couldn't pull it apart and how the batter wasn't done in the inside. He still continued to get smart with me and tell me it was done. So I told him to stop talking to me before I regretted coming into that location. He continued to talk smack and said he wasn't going to let me bother him. So I told him he wasn't going to bother me either. This man had the audacity to tell me to leave without my food. Then tried to give me a refund and like I told him, I didn't want a refund, I wanted my chicken the way I ordered it. I wasn't trying to get free food. I wanted my food made as I requested it to be. He continued being disrespectful and rude. He even snapped at the black employee working up front like he was talking to me. I ended up getting my chicken but I will never return back to this location again, especially while Matt is there. I will be calling corporate shortly and reporting him as well. I really hate to have write this negative review because of Matt's rude self because the ladies in the store were very nice and practiced great customer service.

My son brought me through the Drive through today, 10/24/2024 around 2:30PM. I ordered the shrip and hush puppy and slaw meal. The shrimp looked funny, was not brown and tasted "burnt". The hush puppies werenot great either. I guess I have to stop eating from there again. I am not going to waste gasto come all the way back there.I tried calling noone ever answered!

September 20 2024 I just got bad dinner shrimp was so dry sn waffles awful fish a puppy’s were good but I layed down over 17 o. For dinner there an I will not untill they get cook on Galibraith rd
I ordered the eight-piece family meal and ended up getting another eight pieces of chicken and fish because the pieces were so small it would not feed my family

This restaurant and in particular, this location has gone downhill in the past few years or so. Absolutely HATE that they changed to waffle fries! Fish is usually pretty good but this last time it was awful...overcooked, extremely small pieces. Coleslaw is really ONLY option worth getting anymore and I'm not a huge fan. Not sure why they got rid of Mac and cheese, don't offer jalapeno poppers, and did I mention I don't like waffle fries! Service, although friendly, is extremely slow as well.
