My wife and I recently visited the Long John silver's on Kemper Road in sharonville at the intersection of lippelman Road and Kemper Road. As we drove in. We were impressed by its recent paint job and when we walked in it was very clean and tidy. We were met by the manager. I can't remember her name, but she was absolutely Superior in her charisma and ability to interact with customers. We ordered an order of eight pieces of fish and two drinks and we ordered it to eat it there. I was surprised how quickly the order was ready when we got it. It was incredible. Very hot, crispy and delicious. The manager there was so good that we actually went back a second time the next week and we are going to continue to make a regular shot cuz even though all food is expensive these days, some restaurant food is a better value than other places. Long. John silver's on Kemper Road in sharonville has the best atmosphere and food quality of any restaurant that I've been to. The manager knows what she's doing and the company knows what they're doing by hiring and having someone like her managing their store. I understand that the actual corporate offices are right behind the store. I'm only mentioning this because I want to make sure that they know what manager I'm talking about. This was the evening shift on both occasions. Do you and your family a favor and head over to the Kemper Road sharonville Long? John silver's restaurant, you'll be glad you did

How unbelievably simple is it to just do your jobs? DoorDashed $60 worth of food. Order was missing fish, coleslaw, and tartar sauce. Why bother even going to work if your going to steal people's money and not provide the service you advertise.

Last few times I've ordered fish and chicken platter it hasn't been that good. The pieces were old and kinda hard. Today I got the same thing and it was the worst yet. Hard pieces, no doubt they had to be sitting around for quite awhile, and this time every piece of fish and chicken were small as hell. And the waffle fries are horrible everytime I've ever had them. Sooo disappointing, I've been eating LJS for years, but no more, I'll never go back again. Captain D's was pretty decent last few times I went, so that's where I'll be going from now on. Good job on losing another customer LJS.

I'm going to start by saying this is the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant in my life.... We we got there by 7:35 I guess store was closing at 8:00 all the food we got was terrible everything was hard and cold we tried calling several times last night and this morning so when I got done working I went up there to see see about getting a replacement I talked to I guess the day manager he gave me such a hard time told to go back and get the food which I did an brought back waste of time and gas because y'all made a mistake I asked for corporate number he said he is corporate he wouldn't do nothing but stand there talking crazy then he told me to get out I have never seen nobody so unprofessional in a manager position it's like he was mad at me y'all gave me bad food so customers beware this place is terrible if you ever have a problem he's going to give you the hardest time and then try to send you away like you don't mean nothing this restaurant will never do well with that type of attitude get it together my mom pops my whole family like Long John silver but I promise we'll never eat at that location again....... Bad experience
