What upset me when we came to celebrate my and my son's birthdays was the lack of honesty. I ordered the ribeye (the boneless one). They brought me a sirloin. I'm sitting here looking at it, thinking, "Am I crazy or is this the wrong steak?" I asked the server. She said it was a ribeye but that "They're cutting them differently back there" in the kitchen. I started to eat it. It's totally a sirloin. Server still tried to stick to the story. She said she'd have them make me another one. When the rest of my family was finished, they brought the correct steak. So much better! There is no similarity between sirloin and ribeye. No consideration on the bill for the mix up, the lack of honesty, and the ruined birthday dinner.

I attempted to eat at the Colerain location and it was the worst. I was told it would be a 20 min wait for a table or I could sit in the bar area for immediate service. I sat there for 15- 20 mins and was never offered even a menu. The waitier/ bartender walked by me 3 times tapped my table and said I'll be with you. I watched him slow walking laughing and talking to other customers while I sat. I eventually stood up. I got his attention and informed him that I was leaving. He shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly and said I'm by myself. He turned and walked away. He is tall Caucasian gentleman with a beard and he worked.behind the bar. Never go there if you want good service. THE WORST!
I WENT TO LOGANS UP THE STREET and was served properly.
Literally the best, and one of the cheapest steak houses in a wide area, ive never once had bad food from this location my go to is the porterhouse with whatever two sides seem good that day, steak is always perfectly cooked and the brussel sprouts were DIVINE. During lent they offer lamb rack which is amazing as well.
