What upset me when we came to celebrate my and my son's birthdays was the lack of honesty. I ordered the ribeye (the boneless one). They brought me a sirloin. I'm sitting here looking at it, thinking, "Am I crazy or is this the wrong steak?" I asked the server. She said it was a ribeye but that "They're cutting them differently back there" in the kitchen. I started to eat it. It's totally a sirloin. Server still tried to stick to the story. She said she'd have them make me another one. When the rest of my family was finished, they brought the correct steak. So much better! There is no similarity between sirloin and ribeye. No consideration on the bill for the mix up, the lack of honesty, and the ruined birthday dinner.

I attempted to eat at the Colerain location and it was the worst. I was told it would be a 20 min wait for a table or I could sit in the bar area for immediate service. I sat there for 15- 20 mins and was never offered even a menu. The waitier/ bartender walked by me 3 times tapped my table and said I'll be with you. I watched him slow walking laughing and talking to other customers while I sat. I eventually stood up. I got his attention and informed him that I was leaving. He shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly and said I'm by myself. He turned and walked away. He is tall Caucasian gentleman with a beard and he worked.behind the bar. Never go there if you want good service. THE WORST!
I WENT TO LOGANS UP THE STREET and was served properly.
Literally the best, and one of the cheapest steak houses in a wide area, ive never once had bad food from this location my go to is the porterhouse with whatever two sides seem good that day, steak is always perfectly cooked and the brussel sprouts were DIVINE. During lent they offer lamb rack which is amazing as well.

Service was terrible. We pay dine in prices for the service and atmosphere, not just the food. Our waitress was not rude or unpleasant, but they never checked in on us or asked us if the food turned out alright. My partners steak was undercooked and we didnt end up mentioning it because the only time we saw our waitress was when we ordered and when we paid.

Longhorn on Colerain has the worst customer service. They won’t answer their phone half the time and when they do they put you back on hold and then they won’t answer. They don’t wanna work there. All they wanna do is sit around and play. I will never go back to this Longhorn I will go to different locations not Colerain.

I went Friday night, of course they were packed. That's okay, we got the food to go. Food was amazing... only about a 25 min wait. I'm 39 weeks pregnant, this was my last going out meal before being induced. I was craving the wild west shrimp, got home and was devouring it when a sharp object stabbed me in the roof of my mouth. Still not sure what it was but it's a broken off piece of i'm assuming a kitchen utensil. Mind you i'm eating with a spoon. The food was so good that i kept eating, just cautiously. So still go, but be careful. I recommend the sirloin and spinach dip with flatbread chips!!! 10/10

I tell you what I've been to a lot of steak places in the country. And LongHorn steakhouse in colerain has hands down the best steak I've ever had yet. And I've been a Google guide for a lot of years. Everything we ordered was exactly as we asked. As a matter of fact it was probably better than what I expected. This was my first time ever reviewing a LongHorn steakhouse. And I must say I definitely will be back. I want to throw a huge thank you to Scott our server. If you are lucky enough to get him as your server you won't be let down. He knows his job and he knows his product and he's more than likely the best in the business. If there were more stars I could give I definitely would. I strongly believe first impressions and first experiences are the name of the game.. thank you for the amazing night and dinner longhorns
