Ribeye was barely warm, no grill marks, no sear. Sweet potato had butter only but ordered it loaded.salad was so-so. Very disappointed.

My partner and I walked into this restaurant, no wait time and not super crowded. Took almost 10 minutes before the hostess even came back to her post to seat us. Once sat, we waited 15 minutes and still hadn’t gotten served. Not a single waitress or waiter came to our table, so we left. Moral of the story? This location had HORRIBLE service. I understand when things get busy or a location is understaffed. But that is not excuse for making a party of 2 wait 25 minutes (maybe more if we stayed)!!!!

Poor Management. Chaotic. SLOW service. Servers don’t know ingredients; unhelpful with allergies. They Got FOOD WRONG, so I accidentally ate ingredients I never eat. We hadn’t eaten out in 3 months. We got seated right away. Waited an hour minutes for our steaks. The quality has gone downhill. They used to be thicker and better tasting. Mine wasn't done right so they asked if they could redo it for me and I said yes. That only took about 10 minutes. They did bring me some soup, which was nice. The 2nd steak was way better it was juicy and a nice sear on one side but still as thin as the other one and I ordered the ribeye. The waitress wasn't nice at all and impatient during the whole time.
