Relaxing environment ! The staff seemed a bit busy but they are always friendly when I had previously went in. Not sure how I feel about the tile. It was a bit slick and almost rubbery to the touch. The flesh cart for food delivery is a surprising twist but food tasted good so can’t complain!

Good food and service was ok.
Excellent food, great service. Servers were very friendly. They had no issue moving our party of 4 to a larger table. Some of the 4 person tables are too small for 4 people. There are a lot of dishes that can potentially come out :).
The bathrooms were clean and the ambiance was welcoming.

Came in for date night with the wife, the hostess was very friendly and seated us immediately, Our server Addison was friendly and quick and efficient, always had a smile on her face, which during the Holiday season dealing with grumpy customers can’t be easy, everyone we saw and Interacted with where amazing
Wife and I had Ribeye and cooked to perfection, definitely a great dining experience and will be back 5-STARS to everyone

Dined here this evening. Server Silas was a nice young boy. Realized after eating my side salad that there was what appeared to be a drain fly on a piece of my lettuce. Thought I should make the restaurant aware of it. I told the server. He said he would get a manager. Jennifer the manager came over to address my concern. She appeared a bit sloppy and unkept. She proceeded to tell me that it was wilted lettuce. Even though there was a black bug with wings on my lettuce. She walked away and per my friend rolled her eyes at me. I left and then ended up calling to speak with Jennifer again to inform her that I felt she provided poor customer service and that it was definitely a bug on my food. She then said it looked like lettuce from the bottom of a bag? Unless she has really bad eyes. She said she would give a gift card (sounded very smart aleck about it). She then told me again it was not a bug. I then verified her name and got the contact for the store manager. She is supposed to be a service manager. Very sad. Won’t be returning.

I always order a filet and ask to butterfly it to cook faster because i want it medium well....BUT IF YOU CROSSCUT IT ITS RUINED ,HOW HARD IS IT TO BUTTERFLY ???

We ordered take out tonight and was sadly disappointed. I worked at longhorn for 3 years a while back and I always raved about the cut of meat and the seasonings. Tonight I ordered a filet. It has no seasoning whatsoever, the cut was more like a sirloin, super chewy. My husband had a ribeye and that man usually eats all parts of his steak. He couldn’t even eat half of his steak because the cut was so bad. Best part was the bread which was missing butter but we had some at home. Do better Loho!

Sadly this location did not live up to our normal visits to Longhorns like the one in Chillicothe. Terrible service right off the bat. Waitress was absolutely clueless. The manger is non effective, actually having attitude approaching me and my guests while attempting to dine. Also might note she wasnt dressed in proper attire for her position. Food was OK. Last night Outback Steakhouse across the street was packed full, while this longhorns had zero wait and plenty of seating available. I understand why now.

Yesterday was my first time at Eastgate location. I will say the food was great I can’t complain there at all. Now our server with purple hair seemed very very rude. She was trying to rush our table, she honestly didn’t care about us. I don’t know if she was busy herself but I am a server writing this review and yeah she sucked. We all complained about her and we were a 3 top table. She seemed like she was mad and didn’t want to be at work.
