I give this place a one star because every time I do go to a longhorn it's a very disappointing experience while sometimes the service is great the food is absolutely crap I don't know why you guys get away with charging such a high price for food that is extremely s***** unseasoned overcooked and just downright horrible I mean I get into restaurant but man you guys are charging talk to your pricing here you guys really should get it together this was to Mason location I've been at the Mason location and one of eastgate and both locations are absolutely horrible... I have ordered everything from a prime rib to a bone in ribeye and a half pound cheeseburger and let's just say I'm disappointed in all three I guess I'll be going back to get all Texas Roadhouse from here on out

Disappointed with the meal this time. Steak way overcooked (asked for medium and got well done) and very dry

and shrimp was very very salty. We got there late, around 10 pm, perhaps they didn't care and just wanted to go home.

I would like to recommend that this location be thoroughly cleaned and staff retrained on food handling safety.

Flo's filet looks nothing like what you get.Very flat looks like it was pounded down. Not tender at all. Asked for baked potato with sour cream and butter on the side only received sour cream.

The food was ok, too much salt on the asparagus. Service was slow and they were not busy

Visited this location on (11/29) after a long day of both working my secular job and Black Friday shopping to sit down at one of my husband’s favorite restaurants to enjoy dinner along with other family the service was ok food came out in a timely manner so no worries there but once we were ready to pay our bill we were told that our gift card cannot be accepted because it was from a third party and that it would have to be purchased from the actual restaurant which made no sense so I called longhorn’s customer service the following day and was told that the card was good and should have definitely been accepted we ate a Darden restaurant which is what this gift card is so not only was I inconvenienced by not being able to use the card but I was lied to by the server David H and also his manager who’s name I didn’t catch, the whole situation was embarrassing and uncalled for when you should have just accepted it you can’t make up your owns rules as you are all under Darden and not franchised I will never visit this location again the stars I give to you is zero!!

Edit: Called customer relations on 12/2 to report the situation and spoke with someone who told me I would receive a refund for the amount of the gift card since we had to pay with cash and that they will contact the fields ertel location to ensure they are accepting gift cards correctly!! Just make sure if you do visit this location with a gift card they will accept it before you place your order so that you will not be inconvenienced like we were

The sirloin was cooked perfect. The baked potato was a fat potato with the skin salted. Their blue cheese! I'd go back for the sidesalad alone. Service was awesome

Food was cold, Waited nearly an hour just for two basic meals. Won’t be back at this location again. I should’ve just went to the one in Rookwood where they actually have great cooks and servers.

We just moved here from Colorado. We visited Longhorn for the 1st time here and found one in Colorado Springs.

I just dropped in for a gift card today, but we will be back.

Thank you. Your staff was helpful and friendly.

They took 45 mins to bring us 1 kid meal and 1 adult meal (grilled salmon and shrimp), in which the salmon was still half cooked.

Longhorn tends to be our favorite steakhouse. Both my husband and I order medium steaks. They never get it right. We both ordered an 8oz medium steak, his was overdone and mine was rare. Typically, they offer to grill it more... That's not how you fix it, that how you lose the flavor. If steakhouse is in their name, they should know how to cook a steak. It's time to give up on Longhorn, at least this location.
