OMG, this was my first time at Luis Cajun because I live in Sharonville and came over this way to visit my brother who lives down the street. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by the cashier. She was extremely nice and right off the bat, spoke to me about their Snow Crab Special. I came in for wings only; however, when she did her spill on the special, I immediately got the Snow Crab Special with their house sauce! It was delicious!!!! The sauce was so good, as well as the shrimp and chicken. I'm mad that I finished it. Thank you guys for everything and I will be back.

This was some of the nastiest sea food Ive EVER had....awful...everything tasted old. The coleslaw was nothing more than cabbage and carrot in a cup with no dressing. The calamari was like having a mouthful of rubber bands...breading hard as a brick....hush puppies were small..dry and tasteless. Don't waste your time and money here. Never again

I ate there today with my my son for the first time. The food was absolutely fantastic!! Tee who waited on us, she was delightful. The amount of food we were given for the price was amazing!!! This Western Hills location is wonderful. We're going back next weekend.

I just can’t seem to find a place that fries good fish, and unfortunately this place is added to my list! I ordered the whiting basket and asked for well done…when I received it, it appeared to be a little extra crispy(like I like)…HOWEVER, once I broke a piece and took a bite it was MUSHY!!! on the inside! I guess I gotta start frying my own fish cause I just can’t find a place that has good fried fish😏

Crab is old and it was 60$ for a half pound of crab, two mini potatos, two eggs the carb had barley any meat in it, and it was mushy and flimsy. Save your money and go somewhere else theres one place near Kenwood with much better crab and its half the price with wayy more things.

The pictures were deceiving. The food was awful, we got the lobster boil and it didn't look anything like the pictures and it didn't taste the best. It made me and my husband sick later on it night. Go to Cincy Seafood instead theirs is amazing!

I ordered the seafood boil and definitely got my money's worth. The potatoes were fairly big, but the seasoning could have been better. Great choice for someone with high blood pressure.

Sauce is absolutely ass. Ordered mild garlic butter and I dont know what i got but it sucked. I called and placed the order and when giving my phone number the guy goes, you know this is in western hills right. I said yeah and placed my order. 30 min later as im on the way to pick it up they call and ask if im gonna come pick it up. Dude needs to chill out. And they need to do something about there sauce cus it absolutely sucks. Its so many way better places than this that sell seafood boils.
