I've always loved going into Low Spark during my 5 years in Cincinnati!
The vibes are very chill and the staff has always been friendly. By far my favorite bar downtown.

Feels like our local in the UK, nice atmosphere, really friendly people and great to chat with them. Played bingo for a tee shirts and shots great fun. Didn't have any food just great beer and bloody marys.

The staff is so friendly and the interior is old and modern. It's so sophisticated. They have sophisticated cocktails and wines, beers as well. If you have the date with a new boyfriend or girlfriend in Cincinnati, they make you guys in a good mood. Good luck!
Parking: The parking meters on the streets seem to be occupied always. There is some public parking nearby. You should park your park there.

Stopped by at noon on a Sunday and Codi was amazing. Opened all the windows and doors and welcomed us with a smile!

Walked by and went into this place on New Year's Eve since it was not so crowded. The bartender was very nice and conversed with us. Drinks were good and priced like a downtown bar. The atmosphere is cool with an aquarium at the bar. People were friendly. Will need to check it out again. This is off the beaten path and it would be difficult to park nearby.
