Business wasn't busy- we were the only ones in the seats for quite awhile. The waitress wasn't familiar with their own drink menu- she argued with one of my seat mates on her drink order. First she told us they didn't make the drink- and my friend politely told her she'd ordered it there before. Then She told us they were out of the ingredients for the drink. She walked away and my friend went up to the bar on her own. Bartender made her drink as they weren't actually out of either tequila or mineral water... which tells me the waitress didn't actually ask. Then waitress didn't bring us our complete food order. I sat and watched the prepared food sat at the kitchen bar as she ignored most of it. She only brought one plate over and literally didn't bring any more. Eventually (after sitting with a friend for about 15 minutes) she came back and asked how we were doing and my friends were like- we don't have our meals, but have to leave so can we have our food wrapped to go? No apology- just had the kitchen pack the food. One of the most dried out burgers I've ever seen. Fries a soggy mess... which makes sense as the meal sat under a heat lamp for 20 minutes.

tonight i was in desperate need for a za. i have previously been skeptical of the vending machine located on the w mcmillan street because how could someone pull that off? tonight, they proved me wrong. perfectly crispy on the crust. wonderful crunch that could make a person yelp! the timing was good too, especially because we could just say "hey alexa, play amy winehouse!" and they played my favorite songs, such as Rehab, by amy winehouse. wonderful, safe environment. will definitely dine again!

This place used to be a great spot to pregame. Now it seems to be struggling to keep the doors open. I think they just can't keep competent workers. The last 4-5 times we've been there it took over an hour to get our pizza and we had to ask multiple times for a status update. Pizzas finally came out and either had nearly raw dough or were way over baked. And these were not busy nights for them.On our last visit we were told that any check over $50 gets charged a mandatory 20% tip. Not for parties of 8 or more, ANY check over $50! Not sure about this business practice, but good luck. Seems a little presumptuous to me. My guess is that they won't last much longer. Which is unfortunate because we used to love it here.

Love the pizza served till like 10 or 11? Either way fire ! They also have an outside pizza vending machine:) . Love karaoke on Tuesday!!!! Very much a young crowd if ur into that kind of thing . Love the giant jenga. !!!! Could use some outside heaters . But over all great hospitality and fun environment

I’ve always loved the Mac’s Clifton, good food and good service. My only problem is the bouncers lately. They started hiring college kids that like to start problems. If you ignore them it’s fine. Not sure what changed, they used to be very professional. They like to make comments about people behind the bar and when you walk in. Just ignore them and you will have a good night!

Our crew goes for lunch on the weekdays so i can only speak for these times. With that said the people are fun and friendly. College town with lots of pizza to eat from the lunch buffet.

I spent 20 minutes waiting for anyone there to take my order - no one did. They had plenty of staff, but many of them didn't seem to be doing anything productive.I eventually left because there are plenty of other restaurants that will actually serve food.
