Delivery was supposed to be 30 minutes. I paid the extra $3.99 to expedite. Pizza arrived more than an hour late. Completely cold. Wife and daughter went to Chipotle instead.
If I can’t bring my dog inside but I can only get a drink at the bar and no bar maid why come here????? You’re not dog friendly
Really enjoy their pizza. However, on doordash, there are certain options on the 12-in pizza that you can't apply to the 18-in pizza, such as adding extra red sauce base. That would be a nice addition.
In a perfect world if I had my way, you would be able to ask for a no-cut on the pizzas as I believe the 18-in slices are cut a little bit too thin for my taste.
But the pizza is terrific, and I wish a location in Northern Kentucky would open.
It gets really busy in here, which makes it a bit unorganized and difficult to navigate. Grabbing seating is a trial because it's a free for all and there are a bunch of giant children reserving seats for their friends. I ended up wanting to leave pretty quickly. The only thing saving the experience was the pizza which was actually pretty good. Again, getting the pizza was a trial. It seems like they're trying to appease anyone who starts to get upset. The staff noticed I was waiting patiently and adjusted what they were doing to get me going (which I appreciate). Just seems like a hit or miss experience and is just barely hitting the mark for me where it may completely miss for others. I'd prioritize going somewhere with a bit more structure of you can. Although it is nice. They arent doing anything unique enough to warrant the experience.
Parking is a nightmare. Could not find a spot so we left.
Pizza and beer are decent.
Sitting at Madtree right now and can’t tell if it’s a brewery or a Chuck E Cheese. So many kids running around and parents just don’t care. There is one table celebrating their child’s 1st birthday party. It’s unbelievable. Food is at best average. Beer is very good and would have had another one, but it’s like a kids zoo party.

Bryan and Grant were fantastic. We had wonderful customer service and the pizza and drinks were great! Definitely will be back!
We visited October 2024. Staff was very welcoming. Clean bathrooms. Lots of free off street parking. Beers, vodka sodas, and the on draft mule was so good. We got the taco nachos which were okay. Could use more melted cheese.

Outstanding pizza and beer in a cool beer garden atmosphere!
This is a great place for groups. Lots of families, kids, dogs and even a wedding party. Great outdoor patio with various seating and picnic tables. The inside is a large hall, too. You can go up to the bar for drinks and order food from your table on a QR code, which servers bring out to the table. Lots of different options. The best advice I got the first time there was to order food right away. It can take a while. But with the nice ambiance, why not
just enjoy hanging out?
Atmosphere is great. The bartender was very rude to our party when trying to order beers and cocktails. It felt like we were inconveniencing him and were annoying him with our order. I’ve experienced this form of customer service the past few times we have come to Madtree. I will be looking elsewhere for breweries in the future based on our recent experiences with service. It’s a great venue with a fantastic patio and space that we truly enjoy, but it’s dampened by the people serving our beer.
The best
Cool place, kids are allowed, food is yummy. If you ask they'll give you playing cards
