We Came all the way from Hebron to eat here because they always have their act together and you can get great food. Kaitlyn today ,not so much. I get that it was busy and likely not having enough people working for the huge crowd , I totally get it and that wasn’t what rattled me. But to speak to me and my wife with “ Hey friends” And tell us your going to do a quick loop around the floor and be “right back “ to take our order, and then do this: when you did come back (thinking that you were going to take our food order) we watched you visit several other groups and top off their drinks, and then take a large table’s food order , like a group of 8. They sat down several minutes AFTER us. Did they say “Weyr ready to order now” when You stopped and said hello to them? Your response should have been “ I would love to however I have another group of “friends” already waiting (remember that Kaitlyn those were your words) a head of you , let me get them and I’ll be right back. So as we watch totally confused as what the heyday was happening , it was now just shy of 20 min of being neglected. We decided to just leave. We felt just horrible. There’s other places that appreciate our patronage. I did throw down 3$ for our cokes but I really shouldn’t have. to add salt in the wound, as we exited the front door I said to the blonde girl who initially sat us “ we are leaving , nobody will take our order”- she said nothing! No attempt to ask what happened , please stay, let’s fix this; NOT A WORD. Hello friends? Not so much.

Normally the Main Street cafe is in point, but I just got back from there and the service was abysmal. Waited a half hour far a table and it took the waiter 10 minutes to bring menus. After only getting waters, which took another 10 minutes to bring the waiter left and said he would be back in 2 minutes… 15 minutes go by and no sign of the waiter. I left and took my business to Butterbees over on Beechmont. Terrible service.

I was there this evening. I ordered the Texas onion burger. It was terrible, the burger fell apart and the bun broke. Cooks need to do a better job. I will not be coming back anytime soon. The food was TERRIBLE!!
