Not the authentic street Tacos I had hoped for yet good nonetheless. What Mama Lo Hizo is great at is the 'adobo spice blend with cracked black pepper'. That stuff is phenomenal and everything I'm in Cincinnati I make sure to stop in and grab a few.

I'm here a couple times a month for lunch. The food is really quite good, for the money. It's not exquisite, all local, all craft/organic/exotic but it's well above what you'll get at chipotle or similar. The staff are always friendly, and I can be sure my lunch is going to be satisfying.

Bad bad bad. Super unfriendly and rude staff. We ordered food today and the service lady added spicy food and one person who was with us almost died. They did nothing. They didn't want to change the food. We had to take him to the doctor. That is not done with tourists. Don't even think about eating in this place. The food was bad, all spicy, and as if damaged.

I ordered a torta. Took fifteen minutes. I was shocked a Mexican sandwich would take so long. When I bit into it I realized why. They didn't give me a torta but a deep fried chimichanga. I burnt my mouth so badly. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT MEXICAN FOOD IS. Avoid this place if you do and that's what you seek.I'm coming back to add to my comment to let you know I've been seriously burned but will recover. You need to know that you cannot advertise a torta (Mexican sandwich) and give a customer something entirely different, especially if it is an extremely different temperature than they are expecting. I bit into that deep fried burrito assuming I was biting a torta. That's a massive lawsuit waiting to happen. Please smarten up for your own sake, your false advertising can seriously hurt someone.

I just got their taco salad with steak. "Steak" appeared to have arteries and other parts in it that are usually are not considered to be a steak. I showed it to the lady behind the counter, one of the workers, and she acted like it was totally fine: no apology, no offered money back. Food overall tasted bad. Big regret buying it. Just sharing my experience here so people are aware.

Very good Mexican street food at the Findlay Market. We stopped in for a snack while shopping. My son had a beef taco with beans and said it was good. I had two fish tacos which were excellent, especially for the great price. My wife had the Big Mama taco and a corn cake, she said they were both really good. I'd definitely recommend this place.

No lie, my favorite place in the market, plus they have the grill next door. The tater toots are the best.
