Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, beautifully decorated restaurant, great ambiance and live music! We spent approximately $60 a person but have you seen the price of lamb and beef these days? Portions were generous and so flavorful. It was a great experience and well worth the money. Their menu offers lots of options at different price points. We ordered a lot of different kabobs to sample, so our bill was on the higher side. The meats were well marinated and grilled to the perfect tenderness and moistness. I highly recommend this place. It’s a hidden gem.

Hidden gem! Amazing authentic flavors. Great looking restaurant and a great dining experience.
We had a relatively large party and they accommodated us with no issues with great service.
It is a dining experience though, it will take a while. Especially with more complex dishes.
Make sure you have a full hour+. Great for a date night.

This would be an amazing date night place. Yes, it's in a strip mall, but the service is 5 stars.
This is absolutely a treasure to have nearby.

We visited Marakand Barbecue & Steak and tried their Shashlik Skewer Kebabs, which were flavorful and definitely the highlight of the meal. The steak, however, was just okay and didn’t quite stand out. They had live music which added energy to the place, but unfortunately, it was way too loud — making it hard to have any conversation at the table.

The biggest downside was the wait — it took about 45- 60 minutes for our food to arrive. While the service itself was friendly and attentive, the overall cost was quite high, and it didn’t feel like good value for money. Decent experience, but not sure I’d go back.
