Holy….Moley, Doughnut shop!! 🔥🔥🔥 So glad I found this place…it’s not very often I’m pleasantly surprised but these donuts are a work of art!! Haven’t been in store so I can’t speak on atmosphere but THEM DOUGHNUTS!??🍩 Bussin!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I called on Wednesday and specifically asked “With it being EASTER, will you guys still be open Sunday?” And the employee said “yes, we will be open our normal hours”. We love the donuts but we have to drive an hour and a half to get them. So imagine our surprise when we got up at 5:30am to go get the donuts and find the doors locked 20 minutes past the “opening” time. Two others arrived around the same time as us and stated they were told the same thing, that they’d be open normal hours. Why are you telling people you’ll be open normal hours when you aren’t? Complete waste of gas and time.

They never mad my order, but offered to refund my money and send me to pick some up at another location. I settled for a free t shirt and the little drive. Very friendly. Co-nuts are my favorite. Drove 45 minutes away just for the cronuts.

Get the Cronut!

They may be rated really well and have really good doughnuts, but when you don’t have any donuts by 9:30 on a Saturday morning that is poor customer service.

Everything is always amazing. Staff is great. Marcella's donuts are legendary.

Their donuts are among the best in Cincinnati. Service is quick and the staff is very friendly. They added arcade machines which are very fun for the kids to try while we wait in line.

Amazing little shop with sweet people.

We stopped by late morning, and there was a good variety of donuts. Everything tasted fresh. Our only complaint was how difficult it was trying to pick which donuts to get.

My first time at the Eastgate Boulevard location the Clough Pike location was sold out of their donuts, I got a dozen glazed donuts, and I bit into a taste of heaven! They also were so kind and polite. Thanks, guys!?????

The size of the donuts are humongous but I must say didn't care nothing for the taste of the donut itself or the oil that they used to fry them in. I used to make donuts years ago from scratch for another company and I must say definitely not what I was expecting. We'll go somewhere else to get a done donut. It's not worth the stop or the cost just way too costly for the quality and taste of the donut.
