The food is mediocre. Service is mediocre. You have to order on your phone not w a server. The food is like school food.

We had really good beer here, the juicy IPA was fantastic. The best part of the visit was Jake our bartender who recommended a great bottle of bourbon. I would definitely come back.

Really solid spot in my opinion. Very fair priced and high quality pizza, and the main bartender guy who served me was great — attentive & warm & cool. Love that they do taster glasses, very cool.

80 minutes for a burger and onion rings? Just admit you’re not cut out for the restaurant business because I could go to Kroger, buy the ingredients, drive home, and cook it faster than that. I’m predicting this place will be closed in a year unless they drastically staff up. Fine if you just want a beer, but hopefully you’re not hungry.

The ordering process is odd, as the pages don't always load since you have to order from your mobile. The lack of servers means it is near impossible to get a refill of soda.
The food is okay, but for that price, you'd expect either it to be better quality or to have service.
Not ideal for lunch, unless you plan on having a long lunch and order alcohol to see a server more than once.

I get the concept, but maybe not for me. It’s kind of hard to get that warm and exciting first impression when your first interaction is a QR code. You order everything with that QR code.
We just came in for a couple of beers after the soul food festival. The Heff was actually great ! We ordered two and the other beer was clearly not a heff. No yeasty banana taste…. Just wheat and fruit. Maybe a good beer if you weren’t expecting a heff lol. They tried to argue with me that it was the same lol. They did get us another one, but that interaction was annoying since it was one of the few interactions I had with a person since most everything else is a QR code. Not an awesome experience for me, but if you like Heffs I recommend trying it out if you’re in the area… as long as they pour the right one ?

March First is a brewery in downtown Cincinnati. It is well located at Fountain Square. The establishment is large with many seats and TV's. It is a sports bar and that is its vibe. Food is above average from nachos, cauliflower bites, pizza etc. Service is usually good with the food typically coming out quickly. Sometimes they are understaffed so that can slow things down a bit. Overall the staff is friendly and efficient. The place is clean along with the bathrooms.

There was a verbal altercation between two co-workers right when I sat down at the bar. The bartenders were nice.
I got the buffalo chicken dip, the chicken was dry, it wasn't a dip just had cheese on top of the chicken.
On a side note. I did get very sick and can't say for sure that's from that. But just be aware.

Conveniently located right at fountain square. We enjoyed sitting outside and liked the ease of ordering with the QR code. Unfortunately our food came out room temperature and with service seeming to rely on the QR codes I had to find someone to talk to about it. It took a long time (over 20 minutes, restaurant not busy at this point) for our new burgers to come out. Disappointed with the overall experience but food was decent and location is nice.
