Though not exactly upscale, it's a good place for a quick beer and pizza. Their American logger is the best beer I've had in Cincinnati. they also do a good trivia night on Wednesdays.

Love March First and was excited there was one nearby. I stopped in with a friend before a show at the Aronoff last night. It was pretty dead and it still took 10 minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge us as we were sitting right at the bar in front of her. We got a quick beer and a soda and asked to cash out, when I asked if she put them on the same check because we were paying separate, she said yep and walked away. Another person came up to order at the bar and she stood there for a solid 5 minutes until the same bartender finally made her way over to greet her. Again, not busy in the slightest she was just chatting at the other end of the bar. Super weird vibes for such a great brewery.

Walked in to a sign saying you can sit at the high tops in the bar area and order from the bar or the QR code on the table. They had seating away from the bar but looked to have one server who was serving a very large party, and no one else seemed available to answer our question of whether we could sit in this area. A gentleman who just got drinks at the bar told us he took was having issues tracking down help and was told they lacked servers this evening. We gave up and went somewhere else. I should have put more stock in reviews that have said the service at this location was lacking as of late.

I would not recommend this place for a quick lunch during the week. Our party of 4 ordered 3 personal pizzas and one plate of nachos. The nachos came out very quickly within 10 minutes. 2 pizzas came out in 30 minutes and the 3rd pizza finally came around the 55 minute mark.
I found this place for wings since Madonna's had mechanical issues so they weren't open yet. Wings are cheap here 8 for $10 but they aren't very good. Skin was rubbery, should have been fried longer. This is a brewery and hopefully they are better at that. Madonna's and Lucius Q remain my favorite wing places downtown.

Looked for a sports bar on NYE. This brewery filled our needs. Cheesy bread and nachos were good. Varied beer types were very good. Scan your table and place your order for table service. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

A big fan of 3-1 so had to pay March First a visit when I was in town.They offer a lot of beers and stelzers but sadly, no in house brewed NA options if you are booze sober like me.Pizza was tasty. Food came out quick. I like that you can order from your table without waiting for a server. That really speeds up the service but doesn’t take away from the vibe.Cheers! ♓️
