Marco's Pizza in Cincinnati

“Food is always great but the service is usually a little off. The staff doesn't seem to communicate well so I've seen multiple people receiving the incorrect orders. I most recently got a completely different order but I was able to keep the extra so that was nice.“

“My husband and I went into this location hoping we could eat in. They aren't really set up for that, but they do have two small tables. I asked if we could use one of the tables. An employee was working at the other table. Next thing I know, the employee cleared off the table they were using. Then someone shoved the two tables together and swept up around the tables (though I don't remember it looking like it needed swept). Then they shut the bathroom door so we wouldn't have to look at that while we ate. Honestly, I think if they had it, they would have put a tablecloth, candle, and vase of flowers on the table. They were so nice and accommodating. I wish I had taken a picture! And the pizza was amazing as usual. I had hand tossed with pepperoni (the smaller ones that are shaped like little bowls), black olives, onions, and green peppers. My husband had thin crust with chicken and bacon. They put a lot of cheese on their pizzas.

“The pizza itself was delicious and definitely made in a timely manner. The gentleman that took the order and made the order was extremely kind and as far as atmosphere well it's more of a you know pick up and go place so hard to have a lot of atmosphere going on. But it was very pleasant. Also you can park with a trailer... always a plus.“
