I was just about to order delivery as a first time customer and then it stated it could potentially be delivered by DoorDash. I did not place the order for that reason and will not order in the future.

Got a medium 1 topping. Looks like the toppings got chased off the pizza before I got it. While it was only 7.99, this is the worst I’ve had to from this location. Guy making it had on a baseball hat but long hair hanging from it to his shoulders. No hair net-is it required? Barely 1 topping per square.

We love eating Marcos. Usually great service. I put an online order in the morning for a 5PM delivery. After not getting the pizza by 5:20 PM I called. Was on hold for over 10 minutes and they said the system “crashed” and order will be made soon. Had to call again at 6:45PM after not getting our order. So 2 hours later and still waiting for my pizza to be delivered.

Had a problem with ordering delivery. I placed an order at 9:33pm. The store called me and said they don't accept delivery orders after 9:30pm. This is no where on the website and the order went through fine. Website says open until 10, nothing about a cutoff for delivery. My card was charged and now I have to wait for the money to be refunded while still needing to order elsewhere to have dinner for the night. The more annoying fact is that I would have had the order in right before 9:30pm if I didn't decide to see if I had cash for a tip instead of tipping on my card. Company needs to make it impossible to order after a certain time so this isn't happening. It wouldn't have been a problem if it was stated anywhere on the website and my card didn't already get charged. I did give it 2 stars because when I have had pizza from them, it's been ok taste wise. But it usually is flat.

The food is NEVER ready when it says it is. Plan on waiting at least 15-30 mins when you arrive even…if the tracker says it’s already done. Has happened multiple times and was told the tracker is automatically updated based on when the system thinks it should be done instead of the store actually closing out the order. That said, once I finally get it, all my orders have been accurate and tasted great!

Hey management hire some help. I was in there at 4:30 on a Saturday and there was ONE young guy working his butt off in your store. I had to wait on my pizza that wasn't ready on time. Again certainly not your employees fault. I can remember in the past going in there and you would have 3 or 4 people working behind that counter

Normally don’t get Marcos when I get pizza, but tonight I was glad I did because I had the best calzone of my life! Came in and this guy named Niko made it, turned out amazing! He was very friendly too, and was even working the place all by himself, which was even more impressive! Give this man a raise!

We ordered a pizza and the driver sat it on the wet ground. We called them back because the pizza was undercooked to top if off and they refused to refund us for a undercooked pizza.
