This was one of my favorite places 2 order from until couple weeks ago we got our pizzas and they were all slung around like they had been turned over to the point we couldn’t even get it apart it look like it was from the driver turning them
Upside down we called to the manager she inform me I had a credit called Back 2 weeks later and they tell me there was not credit found I wasn’t gonna post this but this is literally the second time I was told I had a credit and then could not find it like they lie to get u off the phone then the manager act like she don’t know what’s goin on after she tells u u will have a credit they are unprofessional and this is the second time this has happened I will never order again that was the last straw

I was disappointed in my pizza the deluxe was less than stellar. More crust than toppings but we had to eat it and not waste. I think I will go back to LaRosa

One of the best LITERALLY experiences that I have had. I could not wait to write this review! They were prompt in greeting me, super friendly, amazing personalities! ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ALL OF THEM. I asked for plates and napkins, the woman that waited on me double checked the order in front of me to make sure everything was included. Beautiful customer service!!!!
I had a really long day and they literally lifted my spirits. You are really lucky to have the staff you do at this location. I will MAKE time to call corporate to make sure they get their accolades they deserve it 💯. Thank you staff and great job.

We ordered online, pizza got stolen by doordash driver. We called the store location, they apologized for the inconvenience, said to give them 10 minutes, when I got there I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who treated me kindly, gave me plates, napkins and even a bonus pizza for the inconvenience. 10/10 this is a great place

Placed an order on phone driving to work after arriving order was not ready and not even put in. When order was coming out it was suppose to be without onion and tomato she says I can pick them off or you can wait and I’ll make a new one she was very rude she apparently did not look at the order as she was rushing to get it in the oven. VERY DISAPPOINTED terrible customer service.

Delivery order was hot/warm, but not as ordered. Very salty. Calzone had a slice of pepperoni. A slice. Wasn't cut either. Gambled and lost.

Went there Tuesday to get the buy one get one pizza! They did an amazing job on making both of my pizzas that were not the easiest by the way! I love going here because they always make sure my toppings are correct! My gf is vegetarian and I love all the meats so it’s pretty important it’s half and half . Brandon is really nice to by the way.

They don't take cash. Not everyone has or wants to use a credit card, so they can charge a fee for it. I don't personally have a card. As a Pizza place in general you should take cash. I myself have made my family and friends never go there, or order from them. Other people can do whatever they want, however my family and friends and co-workers won't. Maybe they would have a better business if they took cash

Ordered a pizza, told it was delivered, it was not. I found out it was still at store, then was told it would be door-dashed ( I was not asked, nor informed) the individual said I will cancel it. I said no, by this time I am frustrated. Basically, the situation was taken care of, ( I picked it up myself). I will not go back as it is clear, that customer service is lacking and instead of calling and telling me what was going on, I had to go through some foolishness. One saving grace, the manager did say she would refund my money.

Allow me to preface this with I have years and years of pizza experience. I have worked all role in the pizza restaurant. I have gone as far as opening up multiple pizza restaurants in multiple states love pizza I love all different kinds of pizza
I had never had Marco’s Pizza until about three months ago, and I probably will never stop now
I am truly blown away, that’s all I have to say there’s a pizza for every person we all have different preferences on crust spicing flavoring down to the percentage of pork and beef in your pepperoni. I truly love Marcos
AND AS FOR people cutting slices to make your pizza smaller…. Do you think that maybe that person tossed your pizza too big to fit in the box , so it had to be cut down to fit? Most of you won’t because you just don’t know and that’s okay!
Educate.
