The employee who eventually attended to me needs a new set of training to update her customer service skills. She was busy ranting in front of customers how this might be the last day for her, and never offered paper plates or napkins even when I asked, I was ignored and had to leave without them. Horrendous service-

Thanks guys the calzone and salads where very fresh and delicious. Courteous service as well! Only complaint I have is that I couldn't get my fork out of the plastic fast enough 😂

My husband and I went into this location hoping we could eat in. They aren't really set up for that, but they do have two small tables. I asked if we could use one of the tables. An employee was working at the other table. Next thing I know, the employee cleared off the table they were using. Then someone shoved the two tables together and swept up around the tables (though I don't remember it looking like it needed swept). Then they shut the bathroom door so we wouldn't have to look at that while we ate. Honestly, I think if they had it, they would have put a tablecloth, candle, and vase of flowers on the table. They were so nice and accommodating. I wish I had taken a picture! And the pizza was amazing as usual. I had hand tossed with pepperoni (the smaller ones that are shaped like little bowls), black olives, onions, and green peppers. My husband had thin crust with chicken and bacon. They put a lot of cheese on their pizzas.
10/10 we'll be back!

I’ve never received such poor customer service in my life. I pre-ordered pizza for an event to be delivered at 5:30 when it finally arrived an hour late, less than half of the order was there I had to go pick up the rest of the order myself, and they could not have cared less.
I will never order from Marco's pizza again

I order from here frequently as it’s one of my daughter’s favorite pizza places. I am done ordering from this location as of tonight. My entire order was messed up AGAIN. I didn’t even receive the 2 salads I ordered and door dash only gave me a partial refund. This has happened the last 4 times I’ve ordered from here. White sauce pizza shows up with red sauce instead, complete items missing, ingredients added that cannot be eaten due to dietary restrictions. Their workers need to pay attention to order details.

I put in an online order at 5:27, with a 5:47 pickup time. I arrived promptly at approximately 5:47 at the pickup window and was told they were a couple of minutes behind which wasn't a big deal. I eventually went in to wait. I asked at some point if if my pizza was in the oven and if not, just cancel it. Somewhere around 6:20-6:25, I was informed it wasn't in the oven and needed to be made. I've always been pleased with the service and food, but seems disrespectful to me to waste my time. I would have been fine if the first interaction would have been we are 30 minutes behind and I could have decided to wait or cancel and move on. On top of that, as I waited, the phone was answered and no one was told they were behind. A little honesty goes a long way and puts a bad taste when not told the truth. Not saying I won't go back, but my time is worth something to me. In their defense, the folks working there were trying but not being as forthcoming as they should have in my opinion.

This was one of my favorite places 2 order from until couple weeks ago we got our pizzas and they were all slung around like they had been turned over to the point we couldn’t even get it apart it look like it was from the driver turning them
Upside down we called to the manager she inform me I had a credit called Back 2 weeks later and they tell me there was not credit found I wasn’t gonna post this but this is literally the second time I was told I had a credit and then could not find it like they lie to get u off the phone then the manager act like she don’t know what’s goin on after she tells u u will have a credit they are unprofessional and this is the second time this has happened I will never order again that was the last straw
I was disappointed in my pizza the deluxe was less than stellar. More crust than toppings but we had to eat it and not waste. I think I will go back to LaRosa

One of the best LITERALLY experiences that I have had. I could not wait to write this review! They were prompt in greeting me, super friendly, amazing personalities! ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ALL OF THEM. I asked for plates and napkins, the woman that waited on me double checked the order in front of me to make sure everything was included. Beautiful customer service!!!!
I had a really long day and they literally lifted my spirits. You are really lucky to have the staff you do at this location. I will MAKE time to call corporate to make sure they get their accolades they deserve it 💯. Thank you staff and great job.
